What in the hell is wrong with Janty???!!!

I placed an order for 2 bottles of Capp and one polar mint. I open my bag and what's inside...not what I ordered...2 bottles of chocolate and one menthol. I was told great things about the capp. and polar mint. After weeks, I get the wrong items?! :mad:

I've dealt with most, if not all of the US suppliers and Janty lost me, unless they fill my order correctly and ship it ASAP by carrier pigeon is necessary!

I didn’t think Janty had menthol just the mint


My bad, it does say mint (I was pretty hyper when I posted) so not sure if it's the "polar" mint or just mint...any difference?...but I do have 2 chocolates, not Cappicinio's and that's the one I really wanted to try :(

Their site is down again too...

Im really tempted to order from janty, but it pisses me off that someone like them who apparently have the ability to be big, keep playing small.

I agree that they have the ability to be a super supplier, but execution has been less than stellar. Perhaps Jeff and Parked could get together and rock the e-cig world?

I didn't have in my contacts in and did open the chocolate - just saw a "C" and thought it was Capp....I do like the chocolate though. I like sweeter juices, but am intrigued by TAB...I used to smoke 2-3 packs a day. Who carries it (please don't say Janty)

I ordered 2 bottles of the Polar Ice from Janty. It arrived super fast I must say. But, it didn't taste like mint at all. In fact, I have been unable to put my finger on what it does taste like. I emailed them and told them this and asked if maybe it got labels got mixed up or something but still haven't heard back from them. Their shipping is fast but their products and communication need some help. BTW, I emailed them last week.

How do you like that 555 Shimmy? I tried it for the first time today and it taste good but very potent. I got the 24mg and after about half hour I felt like I smoked a whole pack of cigs.

I got all 24mgs. from PS and WOW, that is potent! I love it...liking the riskee too. TC from JC is still is my #1 though (I think) LOL...tried so many today...watermelon, banana, chocolate, riskee, 555, vanilla ice cream...I made my self ill for a while...:oops:

At least you got your order! I am still waiting for mine from 02/23/09! I placed another order of juices on 3/16/09 forgetting I had placed a smaller order previously. When I decided to investigate why I didnt receive my second large order, I found I had the previous order still pending. I sent several emails with no response. My last e mail was to cancel the 2/23 order but I still wanted the latter order. Well I just received an e mail stating he refunded the larger order and I have no idea what is happening with the other order. I am so aggrivated with him right now! I have delt with him for all my juiced and NEVER had a problem, hence the reason I wanted to keep my larger order, giving him the benefit of the doubt. My email was clear and unmistakable. I feel it wasnt even read, he just saw "refund" and that was it..
Sorry for venting, but GRRRRRR.....:mad::mad:
