JW, i just saw your banner and did some quick math... 60 cigarettes a day? jesus dude! how the hell does your throat still function. that just seems impossible to me. id pass out with vomit on my shirt after 2 packs of parliaments, let alone any kind of analog with some balls.

i salute you sir. and your throat and lungs and fingers. i salute most of the important parts of your body.

and thank god for e-cigs.

if you can drop your habit with a PV, just think of the possibilties for the world!

Thanks for the kind words. I was definitely headed down the path of extreme self destruction and not just with smoking. No matter what anyone tells you, these devices are almost a miracle. They are a wonderful alternative. Can you imagine how much better someone like me feels now?

Funny bit of trivia: I was out and about a few hours ago and when I turned my back, someone had stolen one of my ecigs. I had another in my pocket and continued vaping but these things are a valuable commodity. Lesson Learned: Don't lay them down in public :)

@JW in Texas: How come you have no news from Jeff???? Mail me at info@jantyshop.com with your order number and what needs to be done pls.

Ludo, I would be most grateful for any help in my matter. I have emailed Jeff at least 6 times and only right before my shiptment did he answer. I did email the info@jantyshop and still nothing about my inncorrect order.
I can't help feeling that my order was small, therefore unsignificant to the company. But when dealing with a new business, I start small to so how it goes and have had no problems with PS and e-smokey and have placed many large orders after($200+)
I think that diet smokes shares wharehouse space with Jeff, and I've had no problems with diet smokes either...

I rec'd my first janty order in pristine condition. I promplty ordered another one. After waiting a week and a half (not long) I rec'd it....and I'm ticked, and I've been nice for almost two weeks now, with no response from Jeff. I got a passthrough that DID NOT WORK at all, and it was missing a battery anyhow, so I bought one locally, still doesn't work (let's see, that's $30 worth of merchandise). One of the atomizers is smoking funky and letting out a foul taste (it's not the primer folks, IT'S RUSTED OUT), not to mention, it was soaked in a non-primer liquid (this is $18 worth of merchandise). It was missing a cartridge (no big deal, but this just screams that I got a used unit....that and this box had no seal like the rest)...and the charger I rec'd was incomplete, so I can't charge this unit anyways (let's just count this as about $10 in merchandise). So, as I see it....Jeff...Please fix your mistakes....or refund me $58. I have been emailing steadily to about 3-4 diff emails that various people on the forums say he will respond to....I have emailed him with the email address that he was speaking to me before from. After ~13 days, I still have not heard back. At this point I feel ripped off. I will not do business with him again. I understand people make mistakes....I understand that he is busy. But I spent maybe $300+ with this company...I made a second order after the first was perfect...I am not mad that it as messed up and I got defective/missing parts. I'm made because it's been almost 2 weeks since I rec'd this order...and Jeff WILL NOT ANSWER ME...not even with an "I'm busy, i'll contact you later" NOTHING! :mad:

PS I am only resorting to posting on the forum because I have tried everything else. I'm an easy to get along with kind of person, I'm a pushover...But this is just ridiculous.

I apologize if I have offended anybody.

Ludo has been very forthcoming about the issues Jeff / USA has had recently. I told Ludo myself that I personally LOVE their products but that I was hesitant to re-order anything in fear of having ordering /shipping /communication issues.

He is dedicated to getting these issues fixed but they require time. I hate to see people out in the cold waiting for orders, especially when their products are so good. It's a shame that this has had to come to blows on the forums but it is a great way to get things resolved.

They will return to their former greatness soon I hope. They have fantastic products and the demand for them has been very very very high. I think even they are surprised by this. My advice to anyone who is planning to order is - WAIT. Give them a few weeks to get back on their feet and fill the backlog and deal with the customer service issues.

I'm sorry your order was screwed up as well. Please don't flame me for trying to defend them- I'm 50% fanboy but I'm also 50% business owner as well. I can totally empathize and wish them a speedy recovery.

I didn't want to post here, but felt I had no other choice since my emails were and still are being ignored and it seems that many others are in the same boat. I have to say I did like the chocolate juice sent to me by accident. Taste was excellent, but not what I ordered. Whomever is in charge of Janty USA (Jeff?) needs to make things right is all...no flaming of you ozrick here ;)

Attention Customers and Forum Members:

I understand and realize that many of you have been awaiting products from us and responses to your emails. I wanted to take a few minutes out of my day to better explain our current situation and the steps we are taking to improve our service from here on out.

First of all, I truly believe that our business was built on our high level of customer service. As one of the initial suppliers in the USA we have always tried to do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. We will continue to do whatever necessary to satisfy our customers but it is now much more difficult due to several issues...

What has happened in our industry and to our company is an influx of business like we never expected. Many of you know that when I first started this business I was simply working out of an office in my Fort Worth home. After a few months my dining room, garage, and a spare bedroom were converted into a warehouse to keep up with increasing sales. It became apparently clear that we would need to relocate the operations to a small office space which we did about 1 month later. During that time we continued to grow and within the last month we have moved again and secured a 3,000 square foot warehouse just outside of Fort Worth. We hope that this space will allow us the opportunity to continue to grow and still maintain the level of service our customers require.

Another issue that has plagued our industry and our business is simply "Supply and Demand"... The demand for not only Janty products, but e-cigs in general, is through the roof. Factories are having difficult times keeping up with orders placed by suppliers. We used to be able to place an order and have them produced, shipped, and delivered withing 5 days. Today, we're lucky to have these turned around in 30 days... From what I understand factories are trying to expand to keep up but the growing pains but this is not going to be solved overnight.

Importation of these goods has also been a serious issue that we are facing today. Occasionally shipments are held up due to customs inspections and these can hold our orders up for weeks. Additionally, after the HK arrests we are no longer able to get shipments sent from HK and that has held things up even longer.

Emails and other issues... To give everyone a better idea of a typical day at Janty USA, most of us are here working 14 plus hours a day. We have an extremely small staff and everyone chips in to help out with any given task. We have been completely overloaded with emails over the past month. On any given day we can conservatively tell you that we receive at least 500 emails that need responding to in addition to the hundreds of new orders that come in daily also. We do our best to keep up but I am aware that some emails are not being responded to. To help us going forward if you have an issue that needs immediate attention please use all CAPS or BOLD lettering in your subject and we'll try to pick up on those first. ALL Emails will be responded to but sometimes it may take longer than many would like...

In regards to refunds... We believe we have addressed all refunds that were submitted for those still awaiting the Dura-C sets. If you have not received your refund or would like to file for a refund please email us and we'll get this taken care of right away. FOR THOSE OF YOU STILL WAITING ON THE DURA-C SETS..WE WILL HAVE ENOUGH OF THESE IN STOCK NEXT WEEK TO FULFILL ALL REMAINING ORDERS. If you would like to wait we appreciate your patience and will email you tracking information the minute your order ships.

So, what is Janty USA doing to keep up with the growth...

- First of all I think this move to the new warehouse will offer us tons of room to expand and grow the business.
- Ludo is working with the factory to produce more frequent and regular shipments.
- We are going to be hiring additional employees to help with the customer service situation.
- Our website will be undergoing a huge re-design and new functionality. A major part of this will be for us to no longer let items that are out of stock be sold.
- New and exciting products are just around the corner.


Again, I want to personally apologize to anyone that has been affected by these recent changes. I also want to convey to every member on this forum that we are doing everything humanly possible to be the best that we possibly can be. Growing pains are difficult sometimes, but I believe that they can be overcome... I'm certain we'll overcome these challenges and will be a better business in the long-term because of it.

Our website will remain closed until tomorrow evening to allow us to catch up on everything. To our customers, we appreciate your patience and understanding... To the forum members who are not customers, we look forward to working with you down the road.

I thought the rest of my Janty stuff was here today, but no. Even after Ludo's help, it was still wrong. Should have been 2 Cappuccino High, got 1 COF-Med. Yep, just plain coffee to go up with all the other coffee's I've ordered from everywhere else trying to get a cappuccino flavor. Will have to start getting cream to mix. Didn't know Janty even had Med strength. Wonder what mg it is? I'm starting to think cappuccino doesn't really exist and was just made up to offload more coffee. :p

Only got one of the 2 Dura-C sets I was expecting. Hopefully the other one will turn up in another day or two. Why they'ld ship separate though??? Who knows. Everything else was there though, so I'm doing better than some. I so hope I never have a warranty issue. :rolleyes:

But with USPS saying that this is only shipping information and NOT receipt of the parcel. When I tried to track the item through Royal Mail (who would be delivering it in the UK) unsurprisingly enough, they have no record of receiving the parcel. It does not take a parcel 14 days to get from the US to a port in the UK.

I have escalated to a claim!

Have some now on it's way from Jason at Electronicstix.com He ships fast. And he promised me it's really cappuccino. He's currently having a liquid sale.

I know how you feel. I had an order with a company that I got a shipping notice from 6wks after I had ordered. It stayed at the shipping company for about another 3wks before it actually went anywhere. Drove me nuts.

Ordered through them and got it in 2 business days. Parked also hooked me up with a little extra so see if he does the same. I got the grape flavor, because I didn't see it anywhere else and once I saw it I was like I need to have that! Once I get my 901 from China its still in processing after 3 business days LOL! I will post my review on the grape and hopefully we can get reviews on all the flavors. The grape smells good but kinda has a funky after smell. I also got chocolate and I accidentally spilled a drop on my finger and I cant stop smelling it LOL! Smells so good and I heard you cant go wrong with the chocolate so defiantly pick it up.

Ozrick, I wouldn't flame you! I love janty's products as well, I just don't like being ignored when I have spent so much money on a product. I'm only frustrated that I'm owed product and no word has been sent to me whether I will ever recieve it or not. I guess I will go cry all over my broken parts some more *sigh*. I guess my business is going to China, which saddens me...I think economy would be better if we kept our business with each other (not vapers in general, all of us).

I also find it disconcerting that a message was posted in defense on the forums (which probably took 30 minutes), but still no word to me (which would have taken 30 seconds). My email is empty of Janty responses once again.

Thanks, just ordered 4 bottles of 36MG from them (2 coke and 2 marlboro)

I plan to cut them tho to either 12 MG or 9 MG with some PG.

Shipping was $6.
