Hi i would like to try an e _cig
there are so many out there i dont know what to get.im a heavy smoker and i would like to give it up.
i want something that is good with good vapour,can someone help me here
what will i need ?

Your best bet is an Ego kit with a couple of batteries, a charger, and a few clearos.
Don't forget some juice.

Way too many choices of vendors for me to recommend one.

Welcome, kslac! You came to the right place.
My personal recommendation is a KGO 1100mah (two batteries - always have backup) and some Kanger T3s or Vision V3s. You can also get the KGO in VV (Variable Voltage), if you're so inclined. Order small bottles of juice before committing to big ones.
I'll let other people throw in their recommendations now. I can pretty much guarantee that someone is going to recommend eGo twists (another VV).

Try a ego twist and vivi navo tank. This is probably 1 of the best setups for starting out. You can spend a lot of money on some ecigs but this setup should cost less than 40 euros and give u an idea if u idea if u like vaping. As for e-liquid I'm still looking myself for the 1 I like.

Ecigs are the best way to go. I tryed patches myself with no luck smoking for 16 years. I gave them up on new years night and haven't looked back. I'm using 18mg nicotine e-liquid it works best for me. I smoked about 15 cigs a day. Best of luck getting off the cigs your looking in the right place

You wanna get an eGo kit probably.
Don't go with the eGo C, it can be a little confusing and more messy than the other variants in my opinion.
Just get any eGo kit with a couple "clearomizers" and your good to go once you pick out your juice.

You will need to order nicotine from either USA or China. Unfortunately china is all on holidays at the moment so USA would be the best idea. A lot of helpful Aussies over at aussievapers.com

I don't like the eGo T or the eGo C in my humble opinion.
ESPECIALLY since you say you smoked a LOT and your going to be vaping a lot.
They are just annoying. small little tanks that you need to change out all the time.
Your better off getting an eGo kit that comes with clearomizers or carto tanks.

Get a couple of JoyeTech eGo twist batteries (and an eGo charger), and a mini Vision Vivi Nova clearomizer.
It's a nice trouble-free starter kit.
You then have to find an e-liquid you enjoy, and that can give you a bit more work.

Of the kits on that website I suggest you go with this one:
mega eGo CE5 clearomizer e-cig with two 1100mAh eGo batteries and 2 eGo CE5 clearomizers
It will come with 2 batteries, 2 clearomizers, 5 clearomizer heads, and the charger + 10ml of juice.
That particular type of battery is long, but I promise you will get used to it.
It also gives you the option to pick that nice shiny stainless & gold version, or the black + silver.
All for around $50, its not a bad deal and I support this kit.

Now that 10ml of juice isn't going to get you very far if your a heavy smoker, maybe 3-4 days tops.
I recommend you go ahead and order more juice as well. Especially if you want to STAY with e-cigs.
Like I said above, 10ml will last you around 3 days, so remember that when your buying juice.
If your going to buy enough juice to last you a few weeks, make sure you buy 2-3 10ml bottles.

For juice flavors, I recommend you try different flavors rather than JUST tobacco or JUST strawberry.
E-liquid isn't always what you thought it was going to be so you don't want to be stuck with 1 flavor.
Tobacco flavored e-liquid is quite often not the taste you had hoped for. Rather its usually a caramel/vanilla flavor.
So keep that in mind, and don't JUST buy tobacco. Pick up your favorite fruit, maybe a coffee, and a bakery flavor?

I hope I've helped you.
Please do not be afraid of the initial start up price. I promise you, you won't need to spend so much ever again.
Once you have these batteries, all you'll need to do is buy more juice and more clearomizers every 2-3 weeks.
Next time you buy some juice, remember to buy 2-3 more CE4 or CE5 clearomizers so you'll never be without them.
Also, you can start to purchase the heads for your clearomizers rather than buying a whole new one if you want.

When you start running out of juice, make sure you order more AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
You don't want to run out before your new juice gets to your house. Take note of how long this kit takes to get to you. Remember how long it took when you are beginning to run out of juice so you can plan for the shipping time.

With this kit and the info I gave you above, you'll be a vaper in no time flat. Its BETTER than smoking, I promise! Don't be afraid to ask me any more questions you might have too!

Oh and if you want, pick up an extra battery when you have some spare cash. Its always better to have backups for your backups rather than 1 of these 2 batteries breaking someday and only having 1.

Also, go with 18mg e-liquid, but order a 12mg bottle to try out.
18mg e-liquid closely resembles the nicotine hit of a cigarette..
But I preferred 12mg eliquid after switching to vaping, because I liked to vape more.
So 12mg allowed me to vape more without getting too much nicotine.
You might want to order a couple of each, 12mg and 18mg, to try both.
I can't stress enough, make sure you get enough juice. you'll be vaping around 2.5 to 3 or 4ml a day.
Be careful. I wouldn't want any new vaper to end up running out of e-juice.
and please remember how long this takes to get to your house so you can plan when to order more juice in the future.

Running out of juice was what made me go back to smoking when I 1st started vaping.
But don't worry, once you understand how much juice you go through, you'll know when to order more.

You won't be using cartomizers with the kit I showed you.
You'll be getting 2 clearomizers with 5 clearomizer heads.
Those heads contain the wick and the coils that heat up to vaporize your liquid.
The clearomizers are a lot easier for new vapers to use, but they are hard to explain.

Those heads can be screwed into the 2 clearomizer tanks you get with your kit to make them like new.

Alternatively you can buy a whole new clearomizer tank, which will come with a head of its own preinstalled. The more of these tanks you have, the more you can have filled up with different juices. So you might want to buy a couple more tanks if you want/have the money to do so. That is up to you.

The heads within the tanks are what "goes bad" after a while. They last a week to a month, and all in-between. So you get the 2 that come in your 2 clearos in your eGo kit, plus the kit comes with 5 more of them to replace those 2. I think that will keep you going for a good while. You might want to buy another tank or two, and you can buy more tanks and/or more heads for the tanks in a couple weeks when you order more juice.
