i have no intention of getting rid of my blu, i love it - got my passthrough on the way from heaven gifts

i also have 4 packs of different e-cig models i bought from china for under $10.00 each! cant wait to compare them to blu's performance.

i understand that a joye 510 battery will power the blu longer, which is somethign im looking for, some out and about main batts to use and only resort to the 30 minute battery life of my blu and it's pcc when those 510's arent available

my question is: what battery should i buy to power my blu atomizer the loongest before needing recharge?

Your mom said not to say...
If you are seriously going to use a 510 battery then you must be talking about the Mega Battery at TW. A few other places carry it as well under a different name. It is supposed to be much longer lasting than the original 510 which totally sucked for life between charges.

If you got those China packs from DealExtreme or someplace then I don't believe they will hold up to the Blu which to hear tell is not all that great to start with but to each his own. If the Blu is rocking your world then more power to you my friend.

the man that first showed me e-cigs had a 901 and a janty - we still vape together sometimes and dripping my blu is just as effective as anythign his devices put out - i still preferr it totally now that ive gotten used to it

and it produces LOADS of vapor when dripped/used right

i doubt i would need more, just looking to lengthen light? are there any other batteries compatible that aren't 510? or should i be looking at some mega?

and yeah i got the deal extremes - my goal is to test and if useable resell with some extra juice to friends and people i present my blu to when asked wtf it is 50000 times a day :)

Find the mAh rating of your blue, then compare it to whatever batt you plan to buy. The number of times greater or less the mAh rating, the number of times longer or less your batt will last.

Gauging that way means you don't have to buy something huge that will last 10x longer than you need, so you can maintain the min size to still meet your needs.

I assume you would figure that out 1st. The mAh is just used to compare suitable batteries. I assume you are going to find more than one option.

Sometimes it might be better to cut your loss, and go with a new e-cig. You spend all the time researching the batts, then your blue atty burns out.. Kinda defeats the purpose.

Also many of the kits from China are sold cheaper than the sum of their parts. Since you are going to have to replace everything in the long run, why not just start fresh? Is it worth trying to find a batt just to save a 7 dollar atty and a few bucks in carts?

Aside from making your own battery pack mod, you would probably want to go with the extended-life joye 510 battery...I am not sure how much more you will get from those batteries, as I dont use them...The stock 510 manual batteries I use give me roughly 45 mins to an hour of solid vaping from it, so I imagine the 'MEGA' would yield a bit more.

I got some of those mega batts from TW. They do last about twice as long as the regular. As for size, the whole 510 ecig using the mega batt is almost exactly the same size as a Pilot V5 pen. With black atty and batt it looks like a pen. The actual amount of time the batt lasts, of course, depends on your vaping habits. It might be my imagination, but it seems the mega batts make for more vapor...maybe slightly higher voltage than the regular batts? IDK, and I haven't checked with a voltmeter yet.
