What is the name of this?

It seems lots of things have drip in the name and the pictured used to be called a dripper, a coil in a small ceramic bowl used for sampling ejuice. What are they called now?

Looking at Phils pictures it looks like a fillerless cartomizer.

That looks like a standard 510 atomizer of the bridgeless variety.

I found a different style, can someone tell me how this one functions?

That one functions the same as the other one. The only real difference is the metal plate above the coil, which is there to prevent spit-back from the coil
