My official profession is "Archaeological Field Teacher" - working mainly with graduate students - taking them into historical archaeological sites and using the field as a classroom to examine the geological and geographical influences on the development and fall of ancient civilizations.

Work is very seasonal though and projects take a lot of time to prepare for... so.....

Blue collar worker in a nylon factory. 12 hour shift work 730-730. The job is repetitive and boring. We make carpet yarn for cars, bath mats, parachutes yarn, and we are the largest supplier of airbag yarn.

We are owned by the largest richest privet company in the world.

I work at my family business . We have an auto repair shop/service center. I toggle between three jobs. I have been and AM an automotive tech. I diagnose electronic and mechanical problems with our customers vehicles and see the repairs to the right tech to perform the rapair. I am certified for Incident Management and Vehicle Storage Facility Operations . I drive a big tow truck and we tow for the City,County and Texas Highway Public Safety Department . I buy and sell used automobiles through our other business W Auto Sales . I have worked many many fatality accidents and work long hours out in the ice ,snow,sleet,rain,110deg heat. Never a dull moment in my world. No wonder I found myself smoking a pack a day . I have way more time to get things done now that I dont run outside to smoke every 15 minutes.
