What is your vaping habit like?

I vape around 6mls a day. I vape whenever i have a hand free.
Coincidently i got reprimanded today at work for taking too long on my vape breaks. I have to leave the building and stand with the smokers because my boss doesn't understand vaping and dislikes it on principle.
Ironically the smokers havn't had a telling off.

Do you take one or two here and there throughout the day or do you sit down and relax with a coffee or something for an extended session as if smoking a cigar?

I do both. I don't know how many ml. I go through per day, but I definitely vape much more than I smoked. I was a fairly light smoker (1/2 pack a day), but I'm like a 2 pack a day vaper. I vape while working, and pretty much throughout the day. I mainly stop for meals and sleep.

I just vape whenever I feel the need.
I can go for over an hour without taking a hit when I'm busy working, but on my days off it's more like every ten minutes or so. That reminds me, better have a quick vape now .....mmmm...delicious

I usually vape 4-6ml per day.

I usually carry 3 or 4 PVs with me to work all with different flavors in them. it really depends on what I'm doing on how much i vape if I'm bored and just waiting for something to do at work I'm usually chain vaping. if I'm busy I'll go all day without pulling one out of my purse.

It varies for me. If I really like the flavor, I go through it faster. Also, I vape less at work with higher nic (24) because of having to take breaks or stealth vape, than at home when I can chain vape. (12/18 nic). Oddly enough, I've found that I go through 50/50 a lot faster than 80/20, evan at the same nic level. Total averages 3 to 4 ml a day, give or take.

I am not sure how much the Protank holds, but I empty my 3ml tank twice a day, usually mixed in with half the Pro tank. 7ml+ at 24mg

Most of us don't try to compare vaping to smoking. Vape as much or as little as it takes to keep you from smoking. Your body will let you know if you're overdoing it.

Honestly, when I used to be heavy into vaping ( started smoking again in january of this year due to a constant time period of getting laid off after i kept finding new jobs ) I would vape close to a 2-3 ml's a day. Not much, pretty average according to ECF forum members.

I basically vape as I want, usually takes like 10 good drags for me to get the buzz I get with cigarettes if that's what you are wondering. So if i sat down and just wanted to get a good buzz if i'm having a hard day, around 10 long hits will do it for me ( i have liquids at all sorts of different mg so it varies of course) but usually its just whenever I feel like it. In the car I actually don't vape as much suprisingly, when I have a cigarette it's usually the case where I have a cigarette in my mouth the whole time if I am alone in the car, until I get to my destination.

I vape about 3mL a day, started with 24mg juice and have now weened myself down to 12. I vape all day

If I'm using my VPRO, I take my time and enjoy a big long hit or 10 then put it down for a lil while. If I'm using my 808, it stays in my mouth constantly. No idea how many mLs I go through in a day though.

I just stopped smoking a few days ago, and I only smoked when I drove for work. Unfortunately, I drive anywhere from 100-200 miles a day and smoked a full pack in that time. Since I stopped smoking I now try to vape for about 5-6 min then I put it down for 10 min, then repeat. I would say I use about 1.5-2 mls per day.

I know this isn't perfect but it took me 5 min to smoke a cig so I vape for 5 min then I'm done. I know its not the sakes smoking as vaping but its working for me

i try to keep it down not because I want to but more of the cost a pacl of cigar on my country is php29 lucky strikes which like what .50 usd??? a 10ml bottle of juice is like $3 here....

bad thing lor anns are expensive here an i dont know another brand to substitute for....that can be found locally
