Thanks for all the replies on this post and apologies if it wasn't exactly in the right place. I've never heard of Aqueous Vegetable Glycerine before but it might be what I'm looking for as I really didn't want to use Alcohol anyway now that I don't drink anymore and didn't want to use PG either because aside from Menthol which I know I'm allergic to I really can't narrow down what in commercial e-liquids was causing me problems. Anyway, water under the bridge now that DIY is where I'm at. The Aqueous VG certainly is inexpensive to buy so I'll try that. I guess because I'm still using the Aspire Tigon with the 0.4 Ohm coils the pull is still a little tight with a mix of Nicotine/VG and VG only. I've been looking at the Aspire Odan tank and a more powerful unit so that might provide a looser air flow so no need in that case to alter my DIY mix. Once again, thanks for all the replies.
