What makes a post Sticky?

mods are the only ones that can make a thread a sticky. They can change titles on any thread or sticky and they can Un-Sticky a sticky.

Can they resticky a sticky that has been unstickied?

Guidelines for making sticky posts.

1. A sticky needs to contain important information that is relevant to all readers of the forum, i.e. guidelines for conduct of members, descriptions/reviews of HHV juices, FAQs such as "Where's Gandalf?", awards won, discount codes, etc.

2. Stickies should be kept to a minimum so as not to detract from regular posts or discourage people from creating new posts.

3. Management of stickies will be up to the leader of the sub-forum and its moderators.

Chak, a moderator has to make the change only because they have the tools to do it. But anyone can manage them. I nominate you. Do I hear any seconds?
