What mg did eveyone start out at?

Smoked for 7.5 years on MB Gold Packs going through 2 packs a day at most. 18 mg was Way to dizzy for me and actually lost my balance at work one day.
Working your way up with your supplier's samplers maybe the best. Thats what i did. 6 mg was too little and I found 12 to be the best.

I think you'd be fine on 12mg, especially as it is so easy to vape much much more than smoking.

Ya, thinking 12 would be good, I'm using 80/20 right now and love the "hit". Will that change with dif nic levels?

I started out at 24mg with my cigalike and after I ran out of cartos I ended up having to buy 18mg now I am at 6mg-12mg depending on the flavor, I have a few 0mg around for my wife (non-smoker/reason I quit analogs) who likes the flavors.

I started with 24mg, dropped to 18mg it seems sufficient. But I have read about other vapers that have said they have to drop nic levels down more when they get into rebuildables and sub ohm vaping. Don't know myself, still waiting on my 1st rba int the mail.

I've become a major chain vapor during my switch. Can't seem to put my PV down. I started with 1.8% but I am finding that I get 'niced out'. Dropped to 1.2% and don't get headaches. I am hoping to drop to .6% in a few months from now.

Well no wonder, I smoked ultra lights for the past 5 years or so. makes since I'm getting dizzy on 24mg.

Look at my chart on the previous page...UltraLights are just 6mg of nicotine

what type of mod are you using? i started out as a half to full pack a day camel wide smoker. started at 24 mg with a VV itaste an ego twist. switched right to 6mg with a mech mod and RDA (igo-W rebuildable dripping atomizer w/ a kamry k100 mech mod). i consider myself up on learning curves, but mech mods arent for everyone. 6mg knocks me off my ... with a fresh battery and coil, and 12mg seems too harsh. its all about preference though; i suggest going to your local vape shop and testing nic strength with you new mod.

I started at 6mg because I was not dependant on Nicotine when I started vaping. I was a smoker so my body definitely has some sort of tolerance towards nicotine because 6mg lets me vape all day and keeps away the horrible cravings I was getting to go back to analogs.

I started out with 6mg but realize that was not going to do it. Went to 24mg and quit analogs. Then ween down to 18mg now after four months starting to ween down again to 12mg

Started at 18 but went down to 12 pretty soon, like within 3 weeks. I smoked 15 American Spirit cigs (yellow, light) a day so I opted to the high end to begin, just to get over the strong intense cravings. Worked for me. Congratulations to you!!!

Started at 6 mg/mL, realized it wasn't enough, so moved up to 12.

Now I alternate between 6 and 0.

when i first started i had a really poor setup and it wasn't satisfying at 24/18mg. upgraded to a vamo and 24 was way way too high, so i tried a 6mg liquid to cut the 24 down, and found out 6mg by its self was good, so now i'm at around 6 or 12ish, all depending on the liquid.
