What mg did eveyone start out at?

Coming from Camel Wides and the occasional Camel Unfiltered, I started at 36mg and have worked my way down to 24mg in the last 6 months. I stopped smoking (after 28 years) the day I bought my EGO Twist at a B&M, and I never really missed analogs. I lit one just to see after a couple of month, put it out after 2 drags because it tasted like licking an ashtray, well, what I imaging licking an ashtray would taste like since I've never done it...

I started at 24 then dropped to 18. Now I'm at 12 and dont really plan on going lower anytime soon.

36mg because it made sense at the time to *make sure* it would be enough, but I quickly realized that I would want to be enjoying much more vaping than such a high level of nic would allow, so I tried to cut it down with another flavour, and in the end I think I poured about 10ml down the drain because it was little more than cheap perfume that burnt my throat. At 12 now and also 6 on the mech for rainmaking and taste bud torture tests.

I started at 24 because it was the highest available with the starter kit I got from halo but have moved up to 30 since going to my local vape store

I tried the Njoy bolds at 45mg, they made me very light-headed and nauseous, way too strong. So, I went to their light version, I think it was 16 or 18mg, my head appreciated them much more. I tried a 12mg menthol disposable once and it was like sucking air through a cotton ball, tasteless and no throat hit whatsoever. My physical nicotine satisfaction range seems to be in the area of 16-18mg if they have a nice cool menthol throat hit. I've been refilling my own menthols and am trying a lot of various flavors like fruits, vanilla, and such. I still can't do a regular tobacco tasting cig, they don't feel like smoking at all to me.

36 mg on a 5 Volt pass-through mostly . I credit that with my stopping on a dime. 24/25 mg on VV these days.

Started at 36, dropped to 25, and finally ended up at 18. However now that I am rebuilding, and using mech mods, I find myself craving that pure flavor hit more so then a nic hit. I end up reaching for my lower nic juices, 9 to 12mg, whenever I crave a delicious vape.

In my opinon 18 or 24 is a good starting point, start reducing if you get dizzy or it's making you feel light headed.

I started at 24 and still use 24 for bobas and gorilla juice/other all vg liquids. Later on I switched to 18 for other juices though since its not so great chain vaping 24 mg, ha.

Started at 12 but that didn't seem like enough so I bumped it up to 18-20 and that's where I still am after a couple years. I know a lot of people tone it down after awhile but I'm very happy with 18-20 still.

started out at 24mg with ego batt. stayed there with tesla and protank. once i moved to mech mod and dripping i needed to drop to 12mg then 6mg.

was a camel pack-a-day smoker for 25 years. started at 16-18mg and still there. only been vaping for 3 months so far, though. right now i don't have any plans to step down. i do some juices in lower nic levels that i've acquired through trades, but i still buy everything at 16-18. i may lower my nic level at some point, but it's not something i'm concerned with right now. i'm 2 months smoke free and that's all that matters to me.

EDIT: i did also buy a 10ml bottle of 24mg to add when i felt like a needed more. bought it when i first started and still have half of it.

I started at 18mg. I was a pack a day smoker and that was honestly too high. Got major headaches. I went all the way down to 6mg and am fine with that. It really depends on how much you vape in a day. I like to vape so I vape more of a lower mg level.
