I started 4 months ago with 15 mg (1.5%) menthol ... 70/30 mix. I still use that in my mini nova's since I can't chain vape them. I moved to 10 or 12 mg (depending on vendor) due to the taste. I find the higher nic content makes all the juice taste like hot peppers to me and, since I like the slightly sweeter and complex juices the lower nic makes everything taste better. Just my take on it, though. YMMV :)

I use 6, 12, 16, 18, and 24 - depends on time of day, flavor, and stress level. Early morning is always 18 or 24.

AFAIK nicotine is about as bad for you as caffeine is. It seems to have beneficial effects for memory and ADD, but don't quote me on that. I found my nic levels very easy to reduce and finally eliminate in my juices after about 10 months of vaping. From that experience I think nicotine by itself, so not delivered from a cigarette, is not particularly addictive at least for me.

I started with 6 and 12mg/ml. I don't vape at work, I drink tea and caffeinated soda at work instead. With 12mg in the morning, there were a few times during the work day I found myself wanting to vape. I upped the my morning-drive-to-work level to 18mg and now I get through almost 9 hours at work and barely even think about vaping. After work, I use 12mg and later in the evening cut back to 6mg. Too much, too late, and I start to have problems falling asleep. I have some 0mg that I can use if I start to feel I've over done the nic, but I'm getting better at not letting that happen. I don't consume caffeine outside of work anymore. Weekends, I use 6 and 12mg and choose more for flavor than nic.

I have some 24mg but that really feels too strong for anything more than just a few puffs.

I feel like caffeine and nicotine are somewhat interchangeable for me, but nicotine can be more relaxing and caffeine is easier to over-do and get jittery.

I have 24, 18, and 12mg juices and have found that even though I get more vapor (quicker) from my eGo from all of them (50/50 PG/VG), that in my MM, still at 3.7V, I get more of a throat hit from the higher nic juices. I typically will use my 24, and 18mg juices for my eGo/clearomizer setup, and 18, and 12 for my MM. I guess it's all about personal preference and goals in the end.

Peace!
