Started with 24mg after 2 month got it down to 12mg.. I wanna get to 0mg without making it as a struggle.
I use 6, 12, 16, 18, and 24 - depends on time of day, flavor, and stress level. Early morning is always 18 or 24.
AFAIK nicotine is about as bad for you as caffeine is. It seems to have beneficial effects for memory and ADD, but don't quote me on that. I found my nic levels very easy to reduce and finally eliminate in my juices after about 10 months of vaping. From that experience I think nicotine by itself, so not delivered from a cigarette, is not particularly addictive at least for me.
Yes if I over do it (vape too much) at high levels I get a numb tongue and front part of my mouth.Has anyone noticed the tongue/nose tingle with the higher levels of nic 24mg+?
