I vape 12mg now and comtemplate buying 6mg for my next juice supply. I want to taste flavors, not nicotine--this is one of the wonderful points that attracted me to ecigs and away from cigarettes! Cigarettes now taste nasty to me, and nicotine is almost as repulsive to my palate as cigarettes are!!! Anything stronger than 12mg overpowers the flavors I want to taste!

I started with 36mg for the transition from analogs. after a few weeks into it, I found the throat hit too irritating and dropped down to 24mg. 24mg still seemed a bit rough on the throat too. So when I looked into the difference in the levels of nic on google, I came across a chart that explained 16mg as being the equivalent to regular analogs and 8mg = to light analogs, it made more sense. I used to smoke regs, so I tried 15mg and found that chart made sense because 15mg was quite comfortable for me. Now after almost 3 months into vaping, I'm thinking of going down to 8mg because I'm being told that I'll get better flavor from my e-liquid and I can always just vape the 8mg more often if I want more nic. (what a great excuse to vape more often, lol)

I've been using 18. I'm about to order more, and I'm considering moving up to 24. I was good the first two weeks, but I've definitely been having some cravings lately. But, I hate to order 3 big bottles of 24 and discover that it's just too much for me. What a waste. So, maybe I'll get one 24 of my favorite and stay with 18 for the other two. Decisions, decisions ....

This is what I did. The other way to look at this is you will likely use less juice.
