This one's probably kind of weird, but before I took up vaping, I had leg problems - restless, jerky legs at bedtime and sometimes I'd get these eye watering leg cramps that would have me leaping out of bed and scrambling down the stairs at 2AM to chug down a Muscle Milk. It was agony!

I've been vaping since mid-February, and the jimmy legs have gone down by about 97%, and I don't get the leg cramps at all anymore. I've made some other lifestyle changes in addition to vaping, so I'm not sure if vaping is solely responsible, but I'm not going to question it. I'm so happy to see those leg problems go away!

Still waiting on one of you men to state one of the more obvious physical 'bonuses' to vaping over smoking. I'm sure not going to be the one. Ahem.

Wait, did I just inadvertently ...

I honestly have not noticed any effects in that "area". I suppose I am relatively young at 43 so perhaps that is why there was no decline to set the stage for the benefit. That said, there is more to a sex life than just...well...you know. So I have noticed an "uptick" that is not directly related to the matter you indirectly referred to, thus forcing me into a more direct reference to your discreet referral.

It make receding hairlines go away?

Not knowing your age, as if it makes any difference, don't count on it. If anything, be thankful ya have an hairline!!!

No, I'm not bald by any means (just a lil' reflector spot on da back side of da noggin'). But, have yet to read of follicle reinforcement via vaping.

hahahaha, you know what I just did? I'm sitting here puffing on my lovely PV and the vapor came up and headed straight for my eyes, I instinctively shut my eyes (we've all had smoke in our eyes...not fun) I realized what I had done and opened my eyes and it didn't burn at all lmao. There ya go, another positive thing!

Why thank you. I know less than half the people like half my responses half as much as I should like, and the other half like less than half of them half as much as they deserve!

Tucson, it's a dry heat
Lost 5 lbs in one week (no appetite)
Stopped drinking diet soda (too dehydrating - water only now)
Can walk up and down stairs with ease (no dizzying head rush)
I *think* I'm not snoring as much (at least I don't wake myself up)
No guilt around my kids
Better sense of self-worth (yay, I am a non-smoker at last!)
And the best . . . I don't SMELL!

This is the last serious vice I have quit (stopped alcohol 1.5 years ago)
I am having some negative effects, but I think its more due to withdrawal and personal issues in my life. As I have mentioned before, I don't think there's ever a perfect time to quit. Just do it, you know?

Some one help me out here cause I aiin't see the upside. By comparison, I feel better about myself when I hold a cigarette in that "area" than I do holding a Vamo with a ProTank. That "area" of course, being Kansas.

I can taste my food again, I don't stink, I have more energy and I'm more alert in the morning when I wake up. When I ride my bike I find I can breathe better and ride longer. AT work (I work in construction) I'm able to carry and lift more and I don't get winded going to and from the truck or running around the site... I could go on and on... I am so thankful for my PV!!
