While you 'experts' are busy arguing over analogies & minutia wasting space in the new members section, there are new members needing help & reading this thinking to themselves ' no way am I going to ask a question around here'.

Good point, Elvis... I'll settle down, now.

As for my earlier post... please do not build as low as I was saying there. That would put anyone deep, deep into dangerous territory. No matter what battery you are using. If you're gonna build your own coils, an ohm-reader is a MUST-HAVE tool! Know your gear and your capabilities before attempting anything like building your own coils. Keep it safe, y'all!!

Thousand apologies Your Highness....

Dissenting Opinions aside, sans "Minutia" & Analogies, in absolute Seriousness,,,,
IF a New Member was indeed here reading this needing Help or Advice on: Mechs/Devices, Vape Shop "Do's & Don'ts", Proper Questions to ask at a Vape-Shop, How to assess and identify a "Good" Vape Shop/Salesperson from a "less than" One, the Importance of Proper Research and Education, and the necessity of Simple General Application of Common-Sense in all Vape related Decisions & Actions,,,
Well , It would then follow that they would actually be thinking to themselves "Wow! Glad I read this. Good Discussion, poignant well presented Points on all Sides. Valid Thoughts & Things to seriously consider as well as Quality Information that will help me to avoid making some Mistakes."

Personally, that's the Reason I gladly took the Time and gave the Effort to Participate and Contribute to the Worthwhile and Valid Discussion. I am positive the Other Participants & Contributors did for the same Reason(s).
Almost 5 Years ago as a "Newber" I came here to ECF and read TONS of Threads and Posts of this very same Nature and General Content with like Feel & Fervor. I am quite grateful for those Threads & "Expert" Posting Members. Made a Huge Difference and Impact on me and my Vape-Life Journey.
One Person's useless "Minutia" is another's Intel.

@pevinsghost,,, Not a Glock Fan either and yeppers, a S&W 629 Classic makes for an awful CCW. SA XDs in Crossdraw IWB :thumb:

When you bought the hybrid did you make it clear that you nothing about hybrid mods? I don't see where its the shops responsibility to educate you.
Aside from saying "Oh that's cool." when the guy told me it was a hybrid, and showed me the threading when I was looking confused at where the pin should have been, no I did not tell him I knew nothing about hybrids. So, yes, definitely my fault as well.
