Simple thinking will not win this battle to come. I'm finished with you. Go sue.

I remember they passed a law here in MA saying all bars and restaurants had to build these high priced enclosed ventilation systems in order to allow smoking indoors.
And most places built these things and spent 10's of thousands of dollars doing so.
Within a year MA said no smoking at all even in private clubs

There was no classaction suite by the bars and restaurants who lost thousands of dollars to reclaim the money which the state had forced them to spend, we would have no chance at all, not even worth thinking about

We've had suits over the indoor smoking ban. Some were thrown out. Some won. And that wasn't after making them spend on a ventilation system.
None have managed to turn over the law, that will take a constitutional case and we also have those going through. The threat of those cases has our legislature looking at adjusting the law.

That law stinks. No ventilation is able to downmix smoke in a bar's air to 0% smoke.
And only 0% can avoid cancer.

And seperated rooms need an airlock to be effective.
