What would you include?

That would be awesome! You could do like a vape lounge style. Have a variety of 20 or so cheap atomizer filled up and everybody just brings a battery. You could try to incorporate like a Jenga board game where you blow clouds into the base of the tower. Or maybe biggest cloud competition. Sounds like a fun time!! Congratulations!!!

WOW!! What a great idea!!!

You'd probably have to have a bunch of batteries (since, I presume, some of your guests aren't already vapers and wouldn't have their own?)
And a bunch of heads.

Here's what I would recommend:

A boatload of these:
https://www.fasttech.com/p/1594202

At $1.20 each, these are great-tasting heads, IMHO. Add a bunch of bottles of e-liquid, that you like, or your friends like, etc. They're cheap enough that you can put out a bowl of them, and let your guests try any flavor (or flavors) they want, without having to share. (Unless you have friends like mine who would fill their pockets!)

For batts (for the initial non-vapers depending on your style):

Whatever you decide, I hope you have a great celebration!!

Another thing might be to use some of these, one or two per flavor:
https://www.fasttech.com/p/1640900

Since these have removable drip-tips, you could do a couple per flavor, and have people just keep their drip-tip.

(Sorry to re-post, but I DO really love this concept).
Other Ideas:
Have a Vapetender, to serve e-liquid, and provide guests with whatever equipment, liquids, etc. that they need.
Have a contest where your vaping guests bring their favorite e-liquids, and folks vote on the best one.
The "guess the vape" idea from iamthevoice is a great one! Like the "Hell's Kitchen" "name that food" challenge. But you will need to use a head like the above, where each person has their own drip-tip. Get some simple, but strange ones (I am thinking "black tea", "Litchi", stuff like that.)

I think it's a great idea too.

One of my local shops has a vape bar. They use cheap carto tanks and have several spinners on hand. They also have a bowl with sanitizer to clean drip tips... but I think you could get away with buying a bulk bag of cheap hard plastic throw-aways.
I would have 2 or 3 premier juices... 4 or 5 decent tobacco (Cigar) type juices and some sweet dessert vapes for people that really aren't into the cigar vapes. I would keep the nic pretty low...
It could be a great way to introduce some people into the vaping culture.
Maybe a local vape shop wouldn't mind helping you out for a little exposure?

Lots of bottled water. Also, ginger slices ( like in sushi bars) for guests to refresh their palates between flavors.

ETA: Bottles of bubble juice. Blowing vape bubbles is lots of fun!

My husband and I are renewing our vows in May, and originally had planned on a cigar bar, but now we're thinking vape bar (we have several vaping or smoking friends).
What would you want to see on a vape bar at a party?

That is so cool! :)

Get a buncha these things: Sanitary Silicone Tip for e-cigs - Share Without Fear!

Then something creative for each person to park their cover in - with their name on it - to keep track of it when not sampling. (And be a unique memento of the celebration. The "thing" - not the silicone cover.)

How many people? It would be nice if they each had a battery to use, but if you are inviting like 100 people... that could get pricey.

Probably a lot of inexpensive 1.6 ml CE4 clearos. Both because of the low cost and the reasonable capacity. Hopefully that will make it fill and forget.

As many flavors as you can spring for! Variety will be fun! Some way to keep track of those flavors though as clearos get swapped around. Charms of some sort on the clearos?

Ask anyone who can to bring their high end stuff to show off. Not turn it into a cloud chasing contest - just for people to share and show the cool gear.

That's all I got right now...

What I'd like to see, would be different from what I'd include, since some of it might end up missing at the end of your party.

But, I'd like to see:

Different gauges of Kanthal or other resistance wire and rebuilding tools, and ohm reader.
Wicking material
Battery voltage testers.
Battery Chargers
Extra Batteries
Different selection of juices with and without nicotine at different strengths.
