Tonight we had chicken and dumplings. I do it the lazy way..biscuits torn into bits and cooked in the water that I boiled 4 chicken thighs in (I normally get rid of some of the fat first in the water) Then I add a package of chicken gravy and 2 chopped boiled eggs (I don't know why..I just like it) The chicken gets peeled down and chunked up in 2 or 3 inch strips and put back in the pot. That's it except for salt and pepper. easy peasy.
