I have mine because I'm a HUGE Star Trek fan.
Ok ok, so I could be wrong about that.

More Clark Griswold than Clark Kent, truthfully. LMAO I'm a dork, not a superhero. A lovable dork, but a dork regardless. If you have some Xmas lights you need flubbed up - I'm your guy.
Nicknames are a big thing in Iowa where I grew up - everyone got one, and early. My dad is (also) Kent Brooks - I got dubbed Clark so he didn't think mom was yelling at him, I wager. In my teen years, part of the "fun" is being able to say "SUPERMAN, DUH" (while going full ......) when people inquire about the connection to the Super One.I lived in the same small Iowa town for the first 18 years of my life, graduated in a class of under 80 people, and am still "family close" with quite a few of my high school friends... they insist on continuing to spin a series of urban myths and legends about acts of stupidity I performed in my persistent but ever failing effort to live up to the "superhero" billing. Not sure if that makes any sense. Okay, some of the stories are true, but I am not going to say which ones... yet. LMAO

I have a longtime student who is in her late 60's and her first name really is Darth. She said it made little kids either cry in fear or follow her around waiting to see her "use the force" after the Star Wars movies came out.![]()
Was she german? That's an odd name for someone that age and being female. LOL.
When my wife was pregnant I tried to convince her that Anakin would be a good name for our son.....I lost that fight.
