I think i am just jealous from everyone else...because all of my orders were corrections on things they messed up/or items not working when i received them. So i had to buy more product to get what i originally paid for??. And My previous to last order they were suppose to replace MY XL Platinum Manual battery- And they sent me a Shorty chrome manual instead? So 400$+ in less then a month and i still don't have what i paid for from the start ? Spent more in Shipping costs then the Items were.... still trying to be replaced on my next order as always advised. Sorry should have stated my whole story.

Both of my orders I requested a batt they didn't have, but they made up for it. The first time they didn't have the white reg manual, so they sent me another black and some liquid. Last time they didn't have the green shorty manual, so that's why they upgraded my PCC kit.
But that does suck your orders have not been correct. I'm sure they've been so busy, unpacking their new cartos and liquids and batts, plus all the sales. They had 2000 orders in 4 days last week, which was amazing. I don't know how they do it!

Hey, Jam! Just remind your wife of all the big $$ you will save on chest x-rays and other smoking-related medical expenses that you WON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR in the future! Vaping is such a BARGAIN, when you come to think of it.

This was my first e-cig and i spent about $130. I did my research before I ordered and the VK was the one I decided on and it has not dissapointed. I will be placing another real soon for more carts and juice.
Gosh complaining gets so old. Stop doing it on threads, and call or email V4L. Attention-wanters.

Right On! The strangest thing to me vaping now for 5 months, is the slow realization that I am not a "criminal" anymore. I am actually starting to vape more publicly and trying to get over the "sneak into the back alley for a smoke" mentality - another huge benefit to one's self esteem that is seldom considered.
Regarding Freebies again, I think a lot of it depends on what "extra" stock they have lying around that they are willing to part with. Inventory has been very low, and they probably don't have a lot of surplus things to spare. My guess is when they are flush again, things will improve in this regard. I also echo other sentiments that when there are great sales going on - don't expect anything. It may also have a lot to do with the amount of your order - why should you expect a free passthru on a $50 order! Great if you get it, but don't complain if you don't. As I've said before, I would be happy with a carto or small juice bottles here or there just for a change of pace.

I think I may be one of the people Steve is talking about, having received GREAT bonuses and not speaking up. I'm just not much of a braggart, as I'd like to continue getting them, it is NOT for lack of appreciation.
