In 4 orders, they have given me random carts and a bottle of juice. My favorite was the smores cart. I would have never bought this flavor. It turns out that I love it and I will be ordering some.

That's what I'm doing wrong. Last weekend I spent over $230 not including shipping but it was spread out over three orders. Next time, one order for the win (and save on shipping to boot). I actually like the sales over a few freebie carts anyway.
I like the concept Steve... Gives everyone the option of taking their discount on the front end by spending less $ or on the back end by getting more toys.

I've received a 5ml bottle of Clove juice (love the clove!) and a 5ml bottle of coconut (haven't tried it yet) and various carts that I have yet to try! The bonuses are GREAT, but I would still buy from V4L bonuses or not. I love their products and I LOVE not having one single 'smoke' since my first try of the VK....
I love when I get free cartos because I am very finicky taste wise and I hate spending $10 on cartos only to wind up not liking them so when I get ones that I don't like for free I feel like it's money saved and when I like one it's such a pleasant surprise!

When I placed my first order the tobacco sampler wasn't available so I ordered Cowboy, Virginia and later Dunhall - I didn't like any of them so I probably wouldn't have tried yet another Tobacco flavor but then: voila! Kant arrived and I was in LUV

With my Ultimate kit, I ordered the tobacco shop sampler and got the tobacco shop sampler #2 as a freebie. Definitely a great freebie, as I'm enjoying the RY4, Dunhall and Kant more than any of the flavors in the other sampler.

Old style shorty - had the notch which I miss from the newer models and also really turned me on to the feel of the shortie which I never would have thought significant enough to make me order them until I got one.
Old style threaded USB charger - an extra charger never hurts and it turned out that I really preferred this little threaded thing over my non-threaded push type on a wire.
Carto flavors or juice I wouldn't have tried but ended up loving and ordering more - some actually became regular staples and I never would have tried them; for example Tequila and Moutain Do, now two of my favorites up there with some of the finest custom juices available in my book.

Yeah, I remember one time I placed a particularly big order (for me anyway) and I requested a couple specific freebies (some samples or cartos of flavors I wanted to test but not order in quantity). I didn't get them so at first I was bummed, but the truth is the freebies aren't by request and they shouldn't be. They have an excellent product, excellent service, and the occasional freebies are another facet of that great service and a nice surprise.
Like Ken Mcp said, their warranty, service and support is already so good that the freebies are just a bonus.
The secret jackpot seems to be if you order something form the site because it is shown as in stock and then it turns out to be out of stock. They don't like to disappoint so though tend to, um, make up for it in spades. It isn't a likely scenario, but it happened to me once. I was never so happy something I wanted was out of stock.
Got an order today....some juice bottles and another wall-charger (seem to work faster than USB chargers). But they also tossed in a free bottle of juice....and a new 2010 Ford Taurus, which was nice. It's a blue one, though...and I consider blue cars bad luck (one I owned almost killed me)....so I emailed V4L and they are going to exchange the car for a silver one. Excellent.....
I'm starting to wonder!... When I placed my order I kept eying the pomegranate cartos but was too scared to try it- figured it'd be a "hit or miss" flavor. But they threw it in along with a few other flavors and I am ever so grateful because I am COMPLETELY smitten with that pomegranate!
