What's the biggest mistake you made as a newbie vaper

Visiting a B&M out of town. I was talking to the owner and was sampling juice on the shop rda. We were deep in conversation and talking about bvc's and mods volts vs watts etc.... I had a mini on a spinner and he asks if I tried it vw on a box. No I say and he hands me a Hana to play with wattage on while we talked. I spin the mni on fire and draw a deep lung hit. Damn ADD fired a 1.8 bvc at 30w did my best to try and play off that s#!tty taste. I turned to look in a case and dumped the wattage to 14 and go again like nothings wrong. About 10 good draws later the flavor was back, it's a wonder I didn't puke toenails after that bonehead move.

Would have to be not moving up from the spinners to replaceable battery mods faster and not doing that stressful charging dance and wasting all that dammed money.

Other than that, sitting down with the spinners in my pocket or putting them down into full cups of coffee did not help the journey at all but made a few sellers very happy.

I got off pretty easy compared to some around here though. But the day aint over yet

not to long ago I took the cap off a RDA that had been sitting for a while. It still had a little juice on it so i screwed it on and fired it up.
nothing happened so I took a closer look and fired again.

idk why, but juice that has been setting on coils for a while doesn't react as quickly, but when it does, it's pretty violent.

Biggest 'real' mistake I made as a vaper was not taking my time as I moved out of egos. I should have researched a bit more. Instead, I bought a Vamo and an Aerotank Mega and while they're perfectly fine pieces of vaping gear, they weren't what I was really looking for. I had them for about a week before going to rebuildables and they're still collecting dust in my collection. Money wasted.

So my brother and I have been doing DIY juice for a few months now and we made the massive mistake of buying flavors from the place we bought our NIC from... Worst yet, we pretty much jumped right into making the WHILE 16Oz of nic into over 60 30 ML bottles... Only 1 out of four flavors is any good at all and now we have this 24MG CRAP to vape through and that's gonna take like a whole year or more... Funny, while I was doing the mixing we used a blender to do about 17 bottles at a time and I was doing the capping and wiping while my brother was doing the filling, but wait... I had no freaking shirt on and like a dumb ... the rag I was using to wipe with was held in my hand, touching the side of my belly, covered with 24MG mixed juice and even a bit on the 100MG concentrate. After a few minutes I said to myself, why does my mouth taste mettalic and why am I feeling kinda dizzy. Looked down and thought, 'geez im a flipping .....'. That over nic took like 3 hours to wear off to the point I could vape again. Lesson learned.

Lol... When you guys get your recipes down and start selling, you may want to keep the fact that your shirtless kinda hush hush. OR, you could go the other way and charge $1 extra for belly rub shots.

Print up some labels and start a juice company. Sell them for $4/30ml bottle. Use the massive profit to buy fresh nic.

After revision, my biggest newbie mistake was waiting for too long to join ECF.

As an experienced vaper, my biggest mistake is to keep reading and posting on ECF.

Almost mistaking a small bottle of juice for a small bottle of eyedrops. Keyword is 'almost', but I've since moved the eyedrops away from the juices on my desk.
Seriousness aside, I find myself absentmindedly putting all manner of things to my mouth for a vape: tools, firewood, cellphone, small bottles of 2-stroke mix, cans of beer... Well the beer works out okay, but the rest just makes me feel foolish.

Almost put a DYI flavor in my tank... almost.
Not paying close attention when filling up my iclear 30 repeatedly, over filling complete with bad gurgle. So I look up some ways to deal with the gurgle, blow out excess into a paper towel. Okay that works, but it took me a couple of days and an epiphany later. It's gurgling because you're over filling it, and blowing juice out the bottom is just wasting juice you shouldn't have put into the tank in the first place.

That and buying that 3rd Blu starter kit before finally getting into an ego kit, of maybe getting that cheap ego starter instead of starting on my MVP. Once I get my tank of choice figured out I'll be set... for now.
