This is pretty much impossible to say. Everyone smokes and vapes differently.

To know for sure, you'd have to have blood nicotine or cotinine tests after smoking a cigarette and after vaping. :)

Sorry, I know that's not what you want to hear. vape until you are satisfied and keep reducing the nic level if you are worried about it or want to cut back.

Nobody knows. I vape until I feel that I've had enough nicotine to equal what I used to get from one or two cigarettes (I used to smoke one or two in a row). Basically, I vape 2-3 times as long as I did while smoking before putting the PV down. I take vape breaks at the same interval as smoking breaks throughout the day.

...Another magic formula. This worked for me.

1. Determine nicotine level of what you smoked.
Erowid Tobacco Vault : Info on Nicotine Content of Cigarette Brands

2. Multiply the nicotine value listed above by the number of cigarettes you smoked per day. This is mg of nicotine per day.

3. Use the value in step 2 to select the nicotine concentration of your e-liquid. Step 2 value equals mg nicotine per ml of e-liquid.

4. Vape 2-3 ml per day of e-liquid at the strength determined by step 3. Or, vape 4-6 ml of e-liquid per day at 50% of this strength or 1 to 1.5 ml of this at 2x strength per day.

The generally accepted nic dose from an ecig is about 10% to 30% of what you would get from an average cigarette. How you puff, the voltage and resistance you use, and the atomizer efficiency play into the result, also.

I use juice at almost double the rate on a 3 ohm carto at 4.2v compared to a 2 ohm carto at 3.4v. It's crazy.
