What's the stupidest thing you did due to vaping?

I actually prefer the venting battery gasses. All this fruity deserty stuff is lame in comparison.

Someone was talking to me while I was dripping the other day, and I probably dripped about 4mL in my rda. juice, everywhere. Reeeal smooth.

Stupidest thing I've done so far was to buy a mechanical mod and not asked the clerk in the store what the difference was between the hybrid adapter and the 510 adapter. He put my RSST on the hybrid adapter and handed me back the mod and off I went. On the way home I unscrewed the RSST from the hybrid adapter and screwed in my AeroTank mega to the hybrid adapter.

I took about 2 or 3 vapes on it and noticed that the mod was a bit warm. The first thing that came to my mind was that it was going to explode and take my nose or a couple fingers with it, so I quickly unscrewed the aerotank and dumped the blazing hot battery into my hand and melted a tiny bit of skin, then I tossed it into the back seat of my truck so as to get it as far away from me as possible in case it exploded or vented on me. I then pulled over and tossed it into the bed of the truck. Just noticed this last weekend that it did something funky to the rear seat fabric too even though it didn't vent.

Anyway, not asking the clerk for the information that I should have asked about is probably the stupidest thing with regards to vaping that I've done so far. What's really really stupid about it is that normally I'm the person that will bore the clerk to almost tears with all my questions but that day I just didn't ask like I should have.

Set off the smoke alarm at work after a discreet vape in my office cubicle. Oops!

Yep, me too except it wasn't in my office. I work on a military base and went to visit my buddy in another building. As I sat vaping in his office I set off the fire alarms. That in turn prompted a visit from the fire department. The fire chief wanted to know if we had been baking cookies!

Near miss:

I was traveling to install an expensive system last week. and all the car rental agency had left in mid-size was a VW beetle. All they had as an upgrade was a fresh off the production line Dodge Charger . When I returned it I had my Provari with R91 in hand and almost took a draw right in front of the parking attendant... I stopped after putting my lips on it. Good thing the garage was badly lit else he might have asked what I had in my hand.

Whew... finally made it to the end of this hilarity!

Okay, only one that comes to mind is pretty recent... the other day I grabbed the wrong bottle of juice from my drawer... I used to vape nothing but 36mg nic, was testing out a new build on a Tobh. 0.20 ohm on a mech with a fresh battery... wicked with rayon... when the room stopped spinning and the hiccups and sweats went away, I promptly wrapped a piece of duct tape around that bottle to make it stand out... from 6mg to 36mg on a sub-ohm with rayon is NOT a good idea!!

You DID get a new wife, right? Preferably one that is happy with her MVP or has enough money to pay for her own Provari... I don't mean to sound cheap, but sacrificing vape gear budget and still not being on par can become an issue in a divorce.

Visited a B&M while out of town. The kid working there was letting me play with a few things mods,attys with new builds etc. He handed me a hana mod on consignment to check out I screwed my nauti mini on and took a long mouth to lung then it hit me. CHECK WATTAGE!!!!!!!! Not good at 30w took a short sit on the couch and 2 bottles of water to get close to right. The only saving grace was the guy was helping another customer and didn't know I fired it at max wattage I played it off and choked out, a little to high.
