What's with Naked Potatoes?

I always hated mashed potatoes with the skin in it . Now thats wierd . If i go to a restaurant and they do that you can be sure its going back. lol

really? i refuse to skin the potato before i mash it. i scrub the potato, cut it into chunks, boil it, mash it and say "eat it". =P

I loved mashed potatoes with skins! It's the easiest way to tell at a glance that you've got real potatoes rather than instant.

PROTIP: A dash of parika in instant potatoes will give them a more "real potato" flavor.

I made some Red skin mashed taters the other night to go with country fried steak (made by my hubby, who cooks like a dream!). Best taters EVER!!

My favorite mashed taters is boston market . Thick,creamy with just a little chunkyness with some nice gravy. I also love popeyes chickens cajun mashed taters.

Worst is KFC with their fake taters or outback with there garlic taters with skin.
