yeah, I started at 18....after a month I went down to 12........then bounced back and forth before settling into the 12.........
seems at 18 I was getting numbness in the extremities when I was vaping my brains out.... you know, when you're relaxing in front of the tube? so at 12, I can vape all I want...... but, soon to go down to 6....... but not too soon.....

With 808 carto's I vape 18mg, but in mods I use 8mg. Don't know why, but the 18mg in a mod blows me away. I used to smoke a pack a day of Newports so my body isn't new to nic.

Dripping really helped me cut down on nicotine. I use 2mg in most of my juices but have some as high as 6mg. Also have about as many 0mgs as I do 6mgs.
