i started at 18 about 7 months ago, went down to 12, now down to 6, just made my first order of 0!!

I use 0 .

But I got little bottles of 22mg stuff; so I drip a few drops from the 22mg bottles into a 10ml bottle of the 0 nic.

So I guess maybe I actually use like 1 or 2 mg/ml .

Anytime I don't like the taste, I just load it up with more glycerin and water to dilute it.

I keep seeing folks talk about dropping their nic levels as a result of the vape from the RBA's/RDA's.

I've been using an Igo-L almost exclusively while home for mebbe 3 weeks now. I'm staying at between 26 and 30mg but I do notice I'm not hittin' the PV as often while at home.

it started hurting my throat as the ohms dropped....theres plumes of warm vapor....so the nicotine naturally had to go down....at least for me....i cant vape above 6 in any of my rba's all coiled with .9ribbon, 3 wraps each coil, 0.27ohms dual....
