Congrats Ether! I gave up drinking first (actually had to go to rehab 6 months ago, but still clean and sober) and then analogs after that. Feel so much healthier now, just wish I would have made the changes years ago!

I was a 1 pack (2 packs if drinking, which I stopped also! :) ) a day NewPort smoker, and 24mg got me off of them no-prob, totally does the job!!! :D

I used to smoke about a pack a day of Marlboro Lights or Camel Lights and 18mg seems to work for me. I have tried 24mg and it makes me feel kinda sick if I vape it too much.

Last week I ran out of my 18mg waiting on shipments and found out just how much 6mg will NOT hold me over. Well... technically it did hold me over but only because I was vaping aaaaalllllll day. The few times I did put my PV down, I started craving an analog. It was awful and you should have seen me rip that package open with the REAL juice in it. It was interesting though; I had no problems when I quit smoking (probably because the first disposable I started with was 18mg) but this 6mg experience felt like I had just put the packs down that very day rather than well over 2 months ago.

24mg. I was a pack to pack and a half a day smoker for 30 years of brands like American Spirit, Native and Winston full flavor as well as an occasional pipe and cigar smoker. I have no idea why I started at 24mg but I did several weeks ago. I feel calmer now than ever. I have no intention any time soon to drop to 18mg or lower. Someday I hope to, but for now I will stick with 24mg. In reading some other posts, it seems to me that people need to go up one notch keep them off the analogs. Maybe that is why I never looked back. Just saying this might be the key people are looking for to be successful in kicking the analog habit.

I smoked 2 packs of lucky strike red, the 24mg done the trick for me, been smoke free for 2 years now

It's becoming routine to hit a DIY 24mg getting out of bed and switch to 6mg for my ADV, replaced caffeine as well as analogs entirely without a second thought. Sometimes I'll switch back to a 24 or 36 in the late evenings if I need to stay awake, I figure it's probably healthier than drink after drink of Red Bull/Monster/coffee. I've also gone for weeks without analogs or using 0mg juice and never had a craving, so I guess it's a matter of me just using the nicotine as a stimulant, nothing further.

Started vaping/ stopped smoking Aug 8 2013.
12 mg/ml does it for me. Started out with 24 and weaned myself down after 3 months to 18 mg/ml and finally after about 3 more months to the 12 I am at now, although this last jump has been hard to stay at. I am vaping a lot more now than I did in the beginning. Maybe after a few more months of this level I can get myself down to 6 mg/ml.
I have told my wife that I don't know if I'll ever quit altogether, maybe I'll just vape flavored 0 nicotine because I enjoy it!
