Plan to quit ecigs?

honestly i think ecigs with some willpower paved the way for me in quitting regular cigs.... I was on half a pack to a pack a day.... But now ecigs came into the picture made quitting that much easier, even though i feel healthier vaping than smoking... This thing gota have a side effect sooner or later...

i plan to quit ecigs by vaping less and less... As of now its becoming like my third arm, i have to have it everywhere... When battery is low or when i cant use it... Its like worse than having no battery on my phone...

So main question : when are u planning to quit

I don't plan on quitting honestly. Building coils, creating e-juices when I'm in the mood to not vape unflavored. It's fun trying different builds and flavors to see what happens. Call it a hobby if you will, but it ultimately helped me quit the cigarettes I rolled and the smokeless tobacco I did a lot of.

True. I just hope this hobbie we have cost less than cigarettes!

I've never been one of those people that compares the cost of vaping versus smoking. I figure smoking was smoking and vaping is vaping. Apples and oranges, really. And truth be told, I've spent a lot more on vaping than I would have smoking. Atleast I have a boatload of gear to show for it. What would smoking get me? A stinky car, cigarette burns and empty cig packs? Oh, and my health of course.

When I get tired of it. I find the addiction to vaping much easier to get away from than the addiction of cigarettes, the withdrawals don't even compare, then again I've been on 3mg juice for awhile now, but, I think the addiction to cigarettes is much more complicated than nicotine itself - I don't crave a vape in the same panicky manner that I did cigs, I don't wake up in the morning and immediately think "I need to have a vape immediately", like I did with cigs. I don't think vaping is healthy, but it doesn't really scare me either, so, when I get sick of it again I'll just put em away for awhile.

I want a Kayfun and my IPV mini in my casket....just in case.

heh! I always told my husband and son that when I go, they were to make sure and put a cigarette between my lips before they slide me into the cremator, so I could have a last smoke. :D Sometime after I started vaping and quit smoking, my husband sez, so I guess I won't need to put that cigarette between your lips for your last smoke... :D

Took me 40 years to quit smoking, in one day vaping....I doubt I'll quit vaping anytime soon, if ever.

Like others mentioned, its not addicting like the carcinogens in cigarettes, I believe the added chemicals in stinkies were more addictive than nicotine.

When working I go hours without even thinking about vaping, when I smoked all I thought about was where or how could I have a smoke without nobody seeing me, or smelling the revolting odor afterward.

Sorry to be the lone dissenter in this group. I've been off cigarettes for only 60 days but I already stopped vaping about a month into it. I have some e-liquid to burn through, and I occasionally draw some into my mouth, hold it for a few seconds and blow it out without inhaling it, because I like the flavor (Pink Spot Happy Ending). I've gone several days in a row without doing it, which proves to me that my addiction to nicotine is broken. When I run out of liquid, I will be finished with it. Inhaling anything other than air into my lungs is a chapter in my life that is over. Happy vaping to all who love it, but it was a means to an end for me. It has served its purpose and I don't have any need for it anymore.
