where can vapers smoke on the job?

I am also in the IT department I asked my Director and he said ok, I asked my HR Head and she said ok, I ask the person who in charge of the building, she was iffy because there is no building code that states that you can or cannot vape indoor. The only thing she said was as long as it is not fire hazardous I do not see why not. (I just don't vape in front of the Execs)
