Where did I see an Innokin SVD on sale for $40? Not Fast Tech; somewhere else. Help!

I was messing around today visiting a bunch of sites, including ECF, and saw a place selling innokin SVD's for just under $40. Does anyone know where I saw this??? Thanks!

I just tried to order one through Venerable Vaping and an error message pops up advising their payment option is invalid...damn! Tried it three times in fact!

This was not the place I saw the $40 SVD however. Anyone else have an idea????

I looked and looked and didn't see it for $40 anywhere. Fasttech has it for $37. I saw a couple of others that were under $60, but that's about it.
