Where did you hear about esmoking?

I learned about them from my dad mentioning one of his coworkers having one. His coworker had an njoy, and I wound up purchasing one from SmartFixx. 3 days after getting it I found out about PureSmoker.com (from this forum actually). Ordered two additional atomizers and some e-liquid from there, and making another order as soon as Menthol and Strawberry Fierce are both in stock.

A few months back engadget.com had an article about folks in the UK using ecigs as a way to circumvent smoking bans and the story had a link to the Gamucci. After that I just kept searching and chasing links to learn as much as possible.

I was originally searching for those nifty cigarette dispenser cases that were made in China (they have switches that pop the cigs out AND they're a lighter). Well, while searching for one online, I stumbled on the super mini. I immediately was interested and did some more research since then and now I'm happily vaping away with a penstyle and mini.

I first came across the idea from a random add for nJoy on a google search page. Never interested me because that was when all e-cigs were large, pen-style ones.

I first saw an article about them on BBC breakfast news, looked it up on the web, found this forum, did some reading on here and got my first e-cig last week, ( black mini 901 ) and so far well on my way to becoming a habitual vaper.

I found e cigs by chance when I was looking for something on eBay. Can't even remember what it was now!

Never heard about electronic cigarettes till Mistress started talking about the a few weeks ago and how she wanted to buy one. Was very very skeptical at first on how they could possibly work but is very glad they do. For this girl very very much missed smoking but had to stop cause it was just reckng her health and energy.

Anywho first eCig should be arriving soon and shortly their after so should her eJiuces.

About 1 and a half to 2 yrs ago while searching for other smoking parifinalia I came across several sites with e-cigs, or I should say e-cig type smoking devices on them.

Most of the sites were in Chinese but I did find a couple in English.

I could not find reviews from anyone who had tried them so decided to leave it and look in to it later.

I then totally forgot all about them until someone posted a question on the ebay forum.
So many people came back saying they were using them and no negative comments, so I started searching about again.

This time there were a lot more sites and info available.

By good luck I saw a site for a uk seller steve with a link to this fantastic forum .

I spent a few days reading through all the info on here and decided to buy a 901 mini from ecigs.co.uk, received it 14th Oct and have been vaping away ever since.

So a big thank you to you all , as this place made my purchase decisions much easier .

I'm a Trekkie... a Star Trek geek... and post a lot on TrekBBS.com under the same name and avatar. I discovered e-cigs through a video in a thread there titled "Beware The Electronic Sticks Of Death" (obviously posted by a fairly clueless fellow). The video was of a Las Vegas TV news story that explained that e-cigs were being used in bars and restaurants that had fallen under the recently-passed smoking ban in Vegas.

Apparently they're really catching on in Vegas and some of the bars have started selling them after seeing bar business drop off when the patrons couldn't smoke. After seeing that I did a little investigating onine and discoverd Njoy... and sadly purchased one of their Npro super-minis before learning enough about e-smoking tech to know better.

I found this place shortly thereafter and after much reading and research, have learned a lot... where to buy juice and how to refill carts and drip, which models perform better than others, etc. I got the Npro because it looked so much like an analog cigarette, but I am over that now and have recently ordered the Trog Screwdriver.

I was told to watch this guy show on Fox, as he was going off at some poor guy, well he may have been and ****er, but it was all about the stock market then they had a store on the E-cigs! I wanted one on the spot. Jumped online went to ebay and got one, then like every good Aussie male I read up on what I just spent my cash on incase the wife got to the mail first and read the Visa stat, I had a good health reason to spend some more cash on Ebay! 8-o

I initially saw it on TV and for some weird reason never paid any attention! Then I was brownsing for xmas presents and on a gadget site I saw the Gummuci one and thought hey that applies to me. After browsing via my old faithful google I fount the Electronic Cigarette Company here in the UK and ordered from them. I've got a Super e-cig and it's been performing excellent with good battery life and plenty of vapour I would recommend the Electronic Cigarette Company to anyone in the UK as their devices seen excellent quality!

Also service is awesome ordered it on the 23rd Dec thinking it'll be after xmas before I get it and it arrived on xmas eve next day now that's good delivery time!!! My gf got one too and she really enjoyed smoking but has been on the e-cig since!

A Pilot Travel Center here in the US. They are selling NJOY products and I grabbed a brochure and started doing some research. This led to RatInDaHat and his reviews and then to here. Now you can't get rid of me. Muah ha ha ha ha!

I was searching for a may to quit cigarettes. Since I have did just about everything. Fell for the herbal pills, went to the doctor and got that quit smoking pill, tryed some books, etc etc. None since to help me. So I searched online to try to found something to help me!

My son gave me a starter kit for christmas and I thought great another quit smoking gadget that won't work. So I used it just to be nice LOL and discovered I loved it! Now I cant put it down.

Other for me. The way I heard about ecigs was from one of those "Smoking Everywhere" kiosks in the mall.

I don't know if it's possible but I think that should be added that as a choice. I've seen many other people talking (well, complaining) here about having been taken in by those too.

I have been a light smoker, about 1-5 cigs a day for the past 15 years. I've just never been able to completely kick the habit, I just enjoy smoking too much. One day I saw one of those Smoke Anywhere kiosks in the mall and was intrigued, so I decided to google it and get as much information as possible. I came across this forum and started reading. Bought a starter kit from Jane and some Abandon Mint Juice and from the first pull I was hooked. That was late November and I haven't had a real cigarette since. I got a bunch of LorAnn candy flavors and some other kinds of Juice and have been having fun trying all the flavors. I never liked smoking in doors because I hated the smell of stale cigarrete smoke, but e-smoking is perfect. Now I can smoke in Bed, at work, on the couch, and I don't smell like an ash tray.
