Where do I start for DIY?

I vape 70/30 at 24mg myself. But a buddy of mine says that if I start DIy he'll start buying his stuff from me. He's a 50/50 guys at I think 12 or 8mg

You can't hit both ratios with anything less than 48mg pg anything higher will of course give you more flexablity
