Well one thing I do know is that most of the equipment and flavors come from america I believe ! I think this will affect canadians as well if they don't allow candy/sugar and ice cream vape flavors ! Will this affect DIY if you make your own candy flavored ejuices ?

I don't vape any tobacco flavors at all , I haven't even vaped nicotine . lol. I love my fruit candy flavored vapes and donuts yum!

And to be honest, what girl really goes out and orders a bottle of whiskey and coke . We like our drinks sweeet usually ! So many alcoholic beveages , coolers that taste like orange creamsicle popsicles and raspberry goodness.

They also love their cigars. I don't remember hearing anything from the FDA about attacking cigars. I may have missed it. LOL.

Anna

Cigars (and pipe tobacco) are included in the FDA Deeming Regs. A little surprised you didn't know that, Anna. :)

Really? There are lots of things I don't know. LOL. A whole great ton of them. Thanks for the info @The Yeti ! I have ADHD and if reading long things I have been known to space out LOL.

I hope you didn't take my comment the wrong way...I know it's hard to translate inflection sometimes. I totally meant that as a compliment because I remember when you first joined this forum, which was not that long ago...you were quite lost :) , and now, only a short time later, you are one of the most helpful and knowledgeable people on this forum!

No, I wasn't upset, LOL. :) I merely have vast gaps in my knowledge, like everyone.

For instance, me and the kid made a "Gouald" or however you say that, mothership (he was little).

We liberally painted it in gold enamel paint. It wouldn't dry fast enough so I shoved it in the oven. LARGE rocks, liberally painted in Enamel, gold paint

Fortunately, the husband returned before the oven blew up.

I still have the ship, keeping it for when the kiddo is old enough to want it back.

I mainly use unflavored, and would not go back to smoking if the few flavors I do use were no longer available. I'm not sure I helped the cause by answering honestly.

Many people will have died worldwide from alcohol related causes by the time that I am finished writing this short post.

And in the same time, many lives will have possibly been saved today by all those people who decide to begin vaping and quit their cigs today.

It's a good thing that we have these genius politicians and nanny state, wanna-be dictators in making looking out for us and deciding that they should regulate and dictate what adults are allowed to do in this country. Land of the free? Any politician who wishes to curtail vaping would fit right in with the Taliban, in my humble opinion.

If they got their way, then soon virtually all good flavors will be banned and the only flavors left for us to vape will be things like Fish and dirty gym socks.

What a disgusting bunch of characters.

Okay I started vaping Oct 1, 2010 and within a year I knew it would be important to be able to mix my on e liquid and have now been doing it for 7 years. Fully stocked in base mixes and extracts.
The one thing not worried about is flavour bans .......there is an easy fix for that and the fix they can not control.
I too love my sweets, coconut candy and banana split etc are my daily vapes. They can try and they for sure will but banning flavours is not going to work .......I think the only way they can control the e liquids is by the source not by the users. Interesting about Canada going legal on one product but fighting vapers just makes me laugh. Some day they will have to admit and accept that vaping is here to stay and that it is a consumer product.
As long as us vapers continue to show health benefits the truth will come out at some point.

They can't outlaw flavors, only flavored e-juice
They can prevent flavors from being sold in vape shops and they can prevent them from being labeled or advertised in any vape related manner.
Yes, vape nerds will still get flavors, that was never a real concern, but the options for switchers would be very limited and the distance to actual tobacco products (in contrast to imaginary tobacco products like ejuice :D) would be shortened, ie the way back is easier when all you vape has tobacco flavor. If you got used to strawberry pancakegasm it'd be harder to suck on the old tobacco sock again.

Sorry, I guess I see your point, but you must of missed mine. They can never outlaw flavors....period. Last time I checked, they still sell Loraine's in the grocery. TFA would just have to say "not intended for e-liquid."

Didn't miss your point, look at the start of the second sentence ;)

Just like "they can outlaw nicotine, I'm set for life" or "don't care, I have mods and attys for life" may be true for some people it still doesn't help those who need vaping the most. I don't see the majority of those trying to switch starting with DIY right away.
:danger:
the Feds and states are getting their cut in the 300% taxes
Time for a still and some moonshine.

Moonshine's just fantastic whether legal or not. I have often thought... We could put a still somewhere. And then I have thought.... That is a very bad, bad idea. LOL.

Unfortunately my husband's ah, Martian landing pod or whatever one calls it, draws too much attention. LOL, the regulators in AZ-- my husband is digging a DITCH and putting concrete in it to move a wash, slightly. I'm worried once the concrete mixer comes out, they're going to demand a permit.

We have a neighbor a few doors down, who built a "party shack" that was super high up, tilted, and used 4 SINGLE two by fours as the "legs." I was just WAITING for the day (and hoping I saw it) but they made the dude tear it down. LOL.
