Just ordered a mini-sub and a couple of spare Boge 3.0's from Mom & Pop. I'm digging a foxhole in my front yard and stalking the mailman until I get them and my LT! Haha

Great combo!

I haven't tried the Lavatube, but from all of the reviews, I'd guess you're going to love it, and with the Sub Mini on it, you're good to go all day!

Trying to get my cousin into vapping, and that's the exact setup I recommended to him!

Guess we'll see.

Mom and Pop sub minis, are they good? recently bought a volcano tube tank and it wasn't as i expected. Burnt taste and no juice flow even when i made the hole bigger. Are the cartos that come with the sub mini pre punched and do not need any other modification?

That's an interesting experience with the tube tank. My experience is that the 1.5 dual coil refills are awesome and the 3.0 cart refills suck. I've thrown the first two 3.0 single coil refills out due to continual flooding no matter what I do as they just don't wick properly.

Save your Tube Tank and just order some carts for it elsewhere.

1.5 ad 3.0 are you talking about the ohms of the atomizer? Sorry new to vaping; and if you are aren't 1.5ohms considered low resistance and i wouldn't be able to set my lava tube to higher volts?

I'm currently using Mom and Pop Vapor Shop's Submarine Mini tank.

Not sure how they compare to other tanks, but what I like about 'em is, they have a thumbscrew on the side of the tank.

No need to remove the top cap, every time you want/need to refill! Simply lay the tank on it's side, unscrew the thumbscrew and fill!

Then put the thumbscrew back in, and you're good to go!

They can be purchased with Boge 2.0 or 3.0 cartos for the mini, or with SmokTech 1.7 ohm with the Submarine Tank.

Amazing flavor and vapor production, but that's a factor of the carto (I'm currently using the Boge 3.0 on a ProVari) then the tank. You can really change the carto to anything you want, as long as it'll fit.

I have two of these submarines and a Liquinator. I do like the thumb-screw fill port on the subs. That makes 'em very convenient to refill, which is nice since the subs are so small.

Yes, I am referring to the resistance/ohms of the cartomizer. The Tube Tank ships with the dual coil 1.5 ohm. Your Lava Tube will do 3.7 volts using the dual coil 1.5 and it's a great vape actually at 3.7 volts Just cuz you can vape close to 6.0 doesn't always mean ya should or have to. Vaping has a bit of a learning curve to it....:)

I currently have 2 mom and pops minis on order....they sound like a really good product.

Thinking about ordering them too, are you ordering the tank itself or with the cartos too and what ohms?

I went ahead and ordered two minis with the higher ohm carts....I forget what ohm they were but will allow the Lava Tube to hit all the way up to 6.0 if need be depending on the juice.

I chose the minis because I like to switch out on my juices frequently so by ordering two I can fill them both and just swap between them and my Tube tank.

EDIT: I ordered the tanks with the Boge 3.0 option. The 2.0 option will only allow you to take your Lava up to roughly 4.9 which isn't bad just not as "flexible" as far as range.
