Hey
so I ordered from provapes last week. I chose express mail or whatever. The one that cost 33 something dollars. So now I've been waiting and two days ago I checked on the USPS site it said its in Seattle...so I'm thinking great its not far from Vancouver now. But yesterday I checked again it's in San Francisco????? And today it is still in San Francisco. So I'm just wondering is this route usually how they send there packages to CanadA or is my package being sent to the wrong place????why is it being sent farther away from Canada?????
thanks to anyone that can tell me what's going on...

Things are just usually routed through the largest shipping centre. I've had packages route through LA more times than not, when they started out nowhere near LA. Express mail usually isn't very fast, I always go with First Class because I've found that the upgraded options aren't worth the extra.

They definitely didn't mess up, this is normal.

oh ok. ya i didn't wanna bother the ppl at provapes before i ask someone here that has ordered from them and maybe know why it was getting shipped out father. i just didn't think the shipping guys would ship it farther away and then back to canada. oh well. ill wait longer. i just haven't got an order before that went father away from the destination and then back this way. hopefully i won't regret getting the provape 1 and not just pay the extra money for a provari....
thanks for the quick replies. I'm not so worried bout my package being lost now.

I'll second these comments. I've actually ordered packages from similar areas one express and one first class shipped on the same day, and the first class arrived first. The express was tied up in customs for almost 2 weeks. Not worth the extra cash if crossing the border.

Only way around it is if you find someone who will FedEx it overnight. It will almost always get through customs in under 24 hours, but it's brutally expensive, and unless the vendor is listed as the importer of record, you can be hit with duties and taxes before you can pick it up at the local depot

Provape has no control over the route the package takes. It is very common for packages to get routed to the largest shipping centre. Of course, this doesn't happen when shipping domestically, but when something is going US to Canada, it's extremely common.

I probably would have dropped the extra on a Provari, but I have no desire to have one (just because it's what everyone has/wants, it's exactly what I don't want lol). Regardless, if you end up regretting it you can always sell the PV1 on the classies and pickup a Provari there as well.

The two orders I've received from Provape did that dance too, and shipped from the ISC San Fran and then disappeared off the radar for 4 days before suddenly showing up directly in Mississauga and then enroute to me in a day.

It's just weird how the tracking messes with us folks that KEEP ON CHECKING IT EVERY HOUR!! :p

I just received an order form pro-vape 2 days ago. Yes it's on the right course. It goes from Seattle back to San Fransisco. You may want to use the same tracking number on Canada Post's website now, though. It'll probably say it's pending customs.

Hey guys, curious what the final cost was on what you got, including the shipping?

I got the Satin Black with the 18650 extended cap and the blue LED when they first came out with them. Worked out to about $250 including the shipping (which was almost $40 if I remember correctly). I went the Express route..

OK, I was just checking to see the price compared to the Canadian vendors if you want green or blue LCD it is $235, extension is $29 shipping $10 +tax= $306.00 Sounds like you guys went the correct route.

I went the red LED from a Can vendor - for a black standard one, with extension cap, 2 batteries, a charger and a carry case it cost me about $290 inc shipping, but they must have had a special on for the kit as I don't see any kits on the site any more :(
