yeah, any doubt i had of this user being legit is now gone... This is the same post/items i paid for. check you threads guys and pm others that responded... this may go a lot deeper than we thought.

Well it looks like the item I bought and paid for were also sold to another member. This is looking suspicious and I'm hoping it was an honest mistake.
I think we are beyond that...definite scam. If you haven't filed a claim with PayPal please do so.
Just came across this thread. Paid for a Galileo. Not as a gift. Paid right away and pm to me said might be a day or two to ship. I said no worries, when able. They said would send tracking but never did. Figured just forgot. Pm'd earlier today 'cause been a little while now.
Guess after coming across this, better do a claim. Have done 1000+ transactions on ebay, my own site, and here and there w/ PayPal; think this might be only my 2nd bad transaction (if it is as it seems at this point).
Guess we'll see how it goes. :-/

And I guess one thing I'll be more tuned in to from now on is 'unverified' sellers as opposed to buyers.
I never sold to 'unverifieds' in ebay unless I knew of others who had worked w/ the person before. When I saw that 'heathernhudson' was unverified it raised a little flag to me. But when I saw the positive feedback, and a decent amount, made me feel like it wasn't a biggie.
And I figured meh, it's only the unverified buyers you really gotta look out for. Well, I guess not (again, as it looks at this point in time).
