How about one or a few tanks to go with all that wonderful free ejuice...or a rebuildable
Give away 'different' kits - not the usual starters, but maybe a basic drip setup (good dripping attys, some cleaner, a tip) or a basic Vamo kit, etc. Something different than the usual "pick a box off the wall and give it away", that might help someone expand their horizons. It might be more expensive, but nobody says you have to run it as a weekly 
(ETA: The rebuildable idea someone had a couple posts earlier lends itself to this also - rebuildable, spare prewrap, length of a kanthal and a couple of different wick materials, etc. Not a year's supply or anything, but enough to do basic experimenting.)

I want to try and get into it...but I'm hesitant bc I feel it's going to open a whole other realm of "stuff" to get which means more money to spend...and am still waiting on carto tanks to be delivered...but that's neither here nor there...

A mod giveaway always brings the crowds. Even something along the price range of a Vamo. Great advertising too.
different clearo's and add on things for new people for like me I read so much good and bad about things like that I just wanna stay with the cart. And alway a basic kit to PIF for those who have friends and family they want to get started on a healthier life. Sample juice always looking for more juice to taste.

I'm pretty new to all this... and poor... so honestly anything helps, I would love some new toys or even some new flavors in my tiny collection. As far as comp ideas, you could always ask for new interesting spring flavor ideas guessing what number you are thinking about...

Contest idea - One to five posts max - Take a picture of the 1st signs of Spring in your area - flock of birds, flowers, seasonal ice cream shop open... Random.org for the win.
Some people can't take pics, so maybe allow posting one you found online as an option, too...
Or having people pick out one (or more) of your flavors they would like to try... gives you a good idea of what people like.
Picking out flavors also makes them go to you site.... I think that's a good one...

Sample packs are an epic giveaway option. (Make it an option though, some people might already know what they want, or want something else. For example, a tobacco sampler is wasted on me..)
Spring is definitely in the air,, so maybe some sample size of tropical or fruity,, anything that has warmth aspect to it!
