Who's tried zero nic since totally giving up the analogs?

I have! I recently purchased a 30ml bottle of my favorite vape with 0 nicotine.

The purpose of this was to mix with other 30ml bottles at 18mg nic. I'm currently vaping this mix at approximately 6mg nic.

I thought I'd try vaping some of this 0 nic all by itself, just to see what would happen. It took just about 3 hours before I began to get cravings, however, the cravings I experienced were for candy, cake, pie, basically sweets. I didn't crave cigarettes at this point and went back to my usual vape before I gave in to gaining a hundred lbs.

Has anyone else experimented similarly?

I bought some zero nic by mistake. I like the flavor a lot so I vape with it when I'm in the mood to chain vape so I don't OD on nicotine. I've noticed that if I go too long, I will also get cravings - I've had this thing for peanuts, well, peanut anything, peanut butter, peanut butter cookies, peanut butter candy... That's the only craving I've been experiencing though. Weird right?!

Since switching to rdas I use mostly 0 nic. Occasionally ill mix some 6mg with VG. I really don't get the cravings like I thought I would.

Heh... not yet. Maybe one day! When I'm on breaks at work, I chain vape in the freezing cold like a madman. You might even think I needed it to survive.

One observation - a very nice and generous user here sent me a bottle of 12mg VCV Ice Beard (Thanks again Mark!) It has quite an intense TH. It is x2 the usual mg I use but what I've noticed is that TH is what I really crave. Without a doubt nic has quite a large effect there.

I just don't think I'm ready to give that up. It's what gets me through some pretty rough days. Like working 7 days in a row, 10 hours a day

i'm about to! i recently ordered some 0 nic from clevervape. they had a decent sale for black friday and i noticed my ADV is getting a little harsh for me at 6mg. idk why but all of a sudden i needed to drill bigger holes because the TH was killing me and i was coughing with almost every pull i took. haha. so, i'll report back when i get it in!

when i switched to vaping, i vaped 0mg juices only. i noticed i didn't have any withdrawal symptoms most people have when quitting analogs/nicotine. i'm still on 0mg and it's been about a month and i feel pretty good.

it's nice quitting smoking while still having the smoker habits (which i love)

I use zero nic 99% of the time I just keep some juice around with nic for those bad cravings that seem to hit ever 5-6 weeks.

During my first year of vaping I slowly went down from 24mg nicotine to zero. I vaped at zero for about a year. Can't say I ever missed the nic but I did miss the TH. Since after much research I found no reason not to use nicotine I went back and am now vaping at 12mg nicotine.

I smoked for over forty years.

I was doing 2ml of 15mg nicotine juice per day when I suddenly switched to zero nicotine early in October. That happened because I broke my leg and had surgery. I stayed on zero nic for exactly one month. It wasn't hard to switch to zero nic at all. The pharmaceutical grade nicotine we vape isn't nearly as hard to quit as tobacco tar from smoking.

I was new and I bought all my juice at 28mg...after reading more I probably should have bought some at 28, some at 18 and some at 16 to downgrade..but I will get there..to 0??? not sure...maybe 6mg since I still want to toot...and why bother at 0mg?

I have had some 0mg juices since I started vaping on November 1st. I was a 1 to 1-1/2 PAD smoker, so I started at 18mg. I felt like I was getting too much nic, so within the 1st week, I picked up 2 bottles of 0 nic. I kept 2 tanks on me, one with 0 nic and one with 18mg. I tried to primarily vape the 0mg and switch to the 18mg when I needed a nic fix. Second time I bought liquid I bought some 12mg and more 0 mg. Third time, I bought 6mg and 0mg. I still haven't completely wiped out the 12mg juice, but I am working on it. Hopefully, next week I'll be on 6mg and 0mg. So far, so good. I'm even vaping less according to the puff counter on my MVP2, so I think I'll be vaping all 0mg very soon. I kept about 10ml of the 18mg as an emergency stash for any future cravings...

I think I might like to try that Dip Stick flavor. Do you get it straight up, or with the flavor boost?

It depends on the juice. Rich or menthol juices are the best for me. You will notice a difference between 6mg and 0mg for most flavors.

The device also matters. I prefer 0 nic juices hotter.

When you say hotter you mean? The battery at 4.8v or cinnamon type of hot?
