IMO it's not addictive. Habit forming is more accurate, like coffee, cola and sugar.
Now, at 0 nic, when I don't vape, I just want to vape. I don't get all jittery and stuff. I did go for just over 24 hours of not-
vaping recently after having some dental work done.
When I was on the nicotine and didn't get my nic, I got very jittery, headaches, hated the world, and the world hated me, etc. That's a physical reaction, and a sign of a physical addition, and now that I'm not on the nic, if I stop vaping, I no longer have those reactions.
If you drink soda's a lot and stop all at once, you get a physical reaction. Again, that's a sign of addiction, most likely to the caffeine.
