I'm just hoping they improved the crafting system over Oblivion.

I put 120+ hours into Oblivion in the first month I had it... 150+ into Fallout 3...
When Fallout: New Vegas came out, I took the day off work and told everyone they wouldn't hear from me for a week...
It will probably the same when Skyrim comes out.
For ME3 though... I think I'll be taking the week off work.

I just finished ME2 so that i'd be ready for 3. Man i'm a slacker.

Less than a month away, my friends :)

I've been playing the living hell out of some GoW3 :D Because when Skyrim comes, it's time to set down the Online Shooters and put my Online Status as Offline. I like to immerse myself in these types of games... no distractions, no sleep ;)

Yeah I kinda resemble that remark. Needless to say my wife doesn't care for it.

When I picked up Oblivion it was 6 months after release.... I knew nothing of TES. I read a few reviews and said "I have to play this game." I spent 40 hours straight with nothing but bathroom breaks and food pitstops. NO SLEEP. My wife thought I was nuts. The types of RPGs I had played in my youth hadn't prepared me for the wonder that is a Bethesda open world game....

I have had Skryim preordered since Gamestop put it on their site. I didn't care if it got awful reviews... I didn't care if it was going to be shiite... I had... to have... IT!

I told my wife that from November 11th through Christmas eve I was going to be unavailable.... we are still working out the arrangements of the divorce settlement now, but my schedule has freed up exponentially!

BTW J/K... I will immerse myself in the game though.

Too funny Jibba, I do know what you meant about Oblivion. I had played dungeon crawlers all my life and didn't know anything about Oblivion till a friend let me borrow it. By then there was a GOTY edition and i was able to get the expansions. Played that game for a good 200+ hours in 4-5 hour chunks Friday and Saturday nights.
