Very much so. People often add a bit of alcohol to their eliquids to increase TH; 20% alcohol sounds excessive to me. Why so much? You can dilute your VG with distilled water (10-15%) or distilled water and just a few drops of alcohol --vodka or everclear (PGA) are usually recommended.
Turns out that I'm vaping 12% Alcohol. My formula is simple 20% -25% Cooks Vanilla Peppermint Extract + VG and nic in VG base. I Called Cooks and they said the extract is 47.5% Alcohol. Using a ratio of 25% extract simply gives the best flavor. Any times I've tried to use less and dilute with water I haven't liked the taste.

I vape in -25’c weather, so to get any flavour I vape around 75w or 250’c TC

But if I’m in the warm car it drops to about 45-50w or 200’c

Also depends on the tank and juice, but I don’t use nic
BRRR -13'F I'm so glad I moved to California even though the taxes and cost of living are eating me alive.

In order to be impaired at driving you need at least 2-3 shots of Alcohol. I'd find it difficult to vape that much in an hour. Hmm could be fun though. In 7 years of vaping my recipe never had a flammability issue.

Impairment varies from Individual to Individual. Depending on things like Body Mass, How Much Food you have recently eating, Tolerance to Alcohol, etc.

But a Word of Advise if you find Yourself at the side of the road and an Officer of the Law asks you to blow into a Breathalyzer. Consider requesting a Blood Test instead.

Vaping and breathalyser tests........

I am not familiar with 'Cooks' flavoring? Do you buy it from a diy ejuice/flavor company?

:)

I walked into the local vape shop one day and had to stop as I entered. A guy across the room had just exhaled a huge VG cloud that created a large plume in my path! it must be 30 feet from where he was sitting over to the counter where the plume ended in front of the entrance. It reminded me of a jet contrail you see in the sky on a cold day. It dissipated after a few seconds and I continued walking into the store.
That's kind of like walking into a liquor store, where guys are standing around sucking down liquor to see who can puke the most.

I don't know the answer to this, and don't vape at high wattages.

But I'm wondering what kind of juice you're using that is 40 proof? That sounds like an incredibly high alcohol percentage, since alcohol would normally only be a small percentage of a flavoring, which in total is usually only 5-20% of the juice.

I drink 40 proof juice all the time

It comes down to coil mass. The more wire a coil has, the more power it takes to quickly heat it to vaping temperatures.
Coil mass only affects the vape in a transient manner, during heat-up. Once things stabilize, it's more a question of surface area than mass.

They ship next day unlike natures flavors that ships when they feel like it. This company has been around forever. What I like is that they list what is in the product, if you have any questions they answer the phone and will get you an answer. They used to be much cheaper than Natures Flavors but I checked and they are more expensive.

The quality of the peppermint extract is excellent. My recipe is 25% Flavoring and 75% mixture of VG and nicotine in VG. This consistency works in any atty.

By the way all VG is not equal. The absolute best on the market is Organic VG from mountain rose herbs. Click Here . Other VG that I've tried taste very harsh compared to this.

I can testify that the Peppermint doesn't clog attys whatsover or degrade into tar. I can use a atty for a tremendous amount of time before having to change.

    Gotcha.

I'm Not into vaping Oil Based Flavorings. But if you are OK with it, and Like It, I guess that's all that matters.
