Because the Provari wont really work its magic below 1.5ohms, and I like to build my RDA/Gennys at 1ohm and lower. As low as .6-.4 if I wanna play around, but generally .8-1.2ohm depending on the particular atomizer and which juice I plan to use.

But as much as Im really loving the whole mech/rebuildable setup, right next to them, is my lovely Provari with a low res Carto tank. Im going to get another Provari, a Mini, so I can have two. You dont have to only love one side or the other. Sub Ohm/Low Ohm vaping on a mech provides a really great vape. But so does a carto tank on top of a provari.

I will say though, Ive pretty much left the other devices in the dust.. Vivi Novas, Evods etc etc. For me, they're more a pain to use than a Carto Tank, and dont provide as good of a vape. For me anyway.

Plus of course there is the aesthetics. Mechs and hybrids just look so good. Not all of them, there are some VERY popular mechs I think are hideous.. but there are also some which I think are pure sex.

In the VV/VW world, there isnt nearly as many devices which look as elegant or sexy. There are some, but not a lot.

    I say, enjoy both.

Sad would be a clone and a bud light, I would vote for proud hahaha

Hmph....** looks at clone & pepsi ** I'm proud so there! :)

In response to the OP, I bought a mech CLONE :vapor: because I wanted to try it for myself. Also, not all newbs are afraid to try something new. Most post I've come across with n00bie and mech in the same sentence :danger: treat us as though we should only use eGos and when ready to move up; get a Vamo. :grr:
Well, I have the Sigelei Zmax and after using a mech the Zmax (weight-wise) feels like a toy.
I may buy another mech in the future but for now this one (Diablo) serves it's purpose. Next purchase is a ProVari.

Because "better living through circuitry" is overrated.
I love the simplicity of my mechs. I love the feel of steel and brass and the weight in my hand. I love that they have more personality than most regulated mods, and there is so much more you can do with them besides throwing a wrap on the tube. I love that the couple of things that could possibly go wrong with my mech can be fixed with a trip to my garage and a dig through my cabinets to find what I need, and not having to send it in for repair (if you have a fancier reg. mod anyways)
And finally, I don't have to *clickclickclickclickclickclickclick*......*clickclickclcik*......(damn. passed it on the menu)*clickclickclickclickclickclick* To have a vape.

Ive been favoring mechs lately and im a carto tank user. A 18500 mech with a 18350+kick2 is great for cartos. Its simple and classy. I dont need a display or settings. I use boge lr cartos and dont care what the ohms are exactly. Means or rms, puff counter and battery meter and useless to me. If you appreciate craftmanship and enginering you will love a mech.

Oh, and I live and work a very active life style. Always moving and always hard on my stuff. I have no time to baby my mods. If I get some scratches I can buff them out and keep on moving. If you break a mech you were doing something insane.

A lot of people out there are hooked on vaping because they're chasing the perfect vape. (I'm referring to hobbyists) I'm addicted but instead I want to BUILD the perfect vape. My daily driver is an old beat to hell L-rider VV that's half busted with whatever tank has the juice I want to leave the house with. When I get home I wanna grab a mech and an RBA or RDA and tinker with it until one day I find out what "The perfect vape" is. Then my life will be trying to reproduce that experience over and over.
