Its a good initiative, I just wish i could have my first vap now, wanting to quit analog after being on it for 2 years, currently suffering from asthma, need to cut down but the urge always grows back. At least with some regulations restricting the sale of ecig, it could help ppl like me to stop analog

In my opinion it boils down to money. Ecigs just won't bring in enough revenue and will conversely take away from tobacco tax as such it will never be legalised. That's the sad but obvious truth.
