They are running a little slower than normal. I have 2 orders from the 31st also that havent arrived yet and Im in TN. I hope they arrive today. I have another order from the 2nd that is still processing. My last order was very fast.
Why is every supplyer slow to ship lately?

Update on my order. I received both of my orders that I placed several hours apart on the 31st, yesterday 4/6. I was suppose to have received some juice in my order that I paid for and it was also on my packing list but they forgot to put it in the box ( we are all human things happen) I sent them an email (4/6 at 3:22 pm EST)about it and I am waiting on a reply. So I will update on that small issue when I hear something.
Once my juice issue is taken care of I will continue to order from them. I just won't expect the fast shipping times. Before I placed my first order and was seeking advice (since I am totally new to this), they answered my emails very quickly and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need and they suggested the refilling etc. but since the juice was left out, I have nothing to refill. I am sure from what I have read they will come through and make it right. I will just be prepared next time for a bit longer shipping times.
The package was nice a secure and wrapped great. I have the batteries charging now so I haven't used the products.

Both of my orders came in yesterday (4/6/09) that I purchased on the 31st. I have gotten orders faster from them for sure but I have had slower also. Now it says that my last order from the 2nd has shipped so I really hope it makes it today. I couldnt get a bada bing starter kit but was able to order all the parts and make one

e-smokeytreats has consistently gotten my orders to me in 3 days.
Vapornine is incredibly fast as well. Ordered atomizers from them on Saturday and got them Monday.

I got a bottle of Johnsons Creek TN cured that arrived yesterday too.
All I can say is WOW.

Placed my order with PS on the 1st, says still processing. Also with JC on the 1st, already got a shipping notice from JC. My PS will probably be here when I get home from work now that I have posted about not hearing anything about shipping.

I placed an order from Puresmoker on 3/31, it was not shipped until 4/4. The mail just ran, and my package is still not here. Considering that my shipping address is only 151 miles from them, I would expect to have received my package sooner.
I have always received my orders from Altsmoke or E-Smokeytreats in two or three days, and they are many times the shipping distance, heck E-Smokeytreats is located several thousand miles away - on the opposite side of the country!

Edit: I just received some confirmations back after some private messages on the forum and my orders are shipping out from both PS and JC today...awesome customer service from both of these companies...they are very easy to work with and actually care if their customers are satisfied!

See this spooks me. I'm on my last atomizer and am waiting for more from PS.
Sent in the order Friday (4/3) and have yet to get shipping info, site still says pending.
Perhaps since my order is small, larger ones take priority, or volume is high right now, either way I didnt figure it would take so long and to be honest, I'm getting a tad jumpy wondering if it will even be shipped by the time this one dies on me.
I ordered on the 31st, just received my package today (7th). I would have received it yesterday if not for the fact that I live on a college campus. It was "processing" until last Friday, the 3rd.
So yeah...4 days to ship my order but it arrived in 3. I'm sure everything will smooth out by the end of this month, they just need to catch up on their orders.

quick question for people who have recieved there packages, did it say on the ps website that your package had been shipped or was it just processing?
I placed an order with JC for sample pack on 3/30 it still hasn't shipped. They finally emailed me back yesterday saying it takes at least 5 business days to put the order together (wtf) then I guess another 3 to ship at this rate I feel I may never get it. Maybe I am going overboard but their website did say 2-3 days shipping so I assumed I would of had it days ago. I am really just impatient to try new flavors as all I have tried so far is the carts that came with my ecig.
I feel ya Ahinch, I spoke with them today regarding my order...they informed me that it is usually 1-3 days for production and process and that orders are shipped in the order that they were received...a little different than the 5 business days that you were told...but maybe thats because it's a sample pack?
Update: i spoke to cash tonight and he informed me that they will ship my order in the AM. im just pleased to know whats going on, wish everyone else best of luck!
