I think at this point, with what we do know from the studies that have been done, e-cigs definitely appear to be a lot safer than cigarettes. Basically, no businesses can legally say "These are better for you" because the FDA has not done its testing. I look forward to them doing their testing and finding out one way or the other so the issue is closed.
Now, its not really fair that big pharmaceutical companies can release products that have well known side effects (If e-cigs caused .... bleeding, theres no way in HECK they would still be around) and e-cigs are so looked down upon. I really don't want to have to get a prescription for my e-cig though....
Legislation (Like whats happening in new york) is causing a lot of damage because they are sooooo... whats the word? Ignorant. They have glanced over a few things and come to a conclusion (Makes you think about all the other laws being made....) Its really too bad. I think people don't know about them because well, nobody is really allowed to tell anyone how great they are... and the largest resource on the web is this forum, and I know a lot of people hate using forums.
