I am looking for a comparison of different species to use dry fiber, cotton, bamboo, flax, hemp, silk? or other

I have read many opinions scattered and often incomplete, but have not found any real comparison

I have seen a few done, and cotton medical gauze won in terms of wicking speed. Im sure if you google it or just search the forum you can find the posts im talking about.
