The Wizard Evolved looks good but would of been better if it didn't have the curved middle tube or the option to have a straight tube and was 22mm diameter.

Just a suggestion.

Good stuff as usual Mark & Bugs.

Thank you k3v1n for the suggestion, what we din not tell you is that the WE may differ from the prototype so all the oppinion and the critics are welcome.

This is a prototype and the first Wizard Evolved series we hope to be ready in August 2013.
The price is not determined yet ...

I've got a birthday coming up in August... I don't normally buy myself presents but I'm thinking this may warrant an exception.

Oh, if design input is being accepted, here's mine...
#1) Flip the DNA20 board so the fire button is closer to the top of the device. It'll make the device feel better in the hand. Just my 2 cents. Simply swapping the positions of the fire button and the adjust buttons would make a world of difference.

#2) Rather than sell different versions based on different battery sizes, simply sell different length tubes. If you did that, I'd buy the set. :)

1. if we will flip the DNA20 board, probably the + and - buttons will be press accidentaly....
2. the production will take forever....

Thank you for your input

One other thing that came to mind while drooling over the pics.
I suppose it was done out of necessity but i for one would've liked a white and black LCD instead of blue.
Or maybe amber. That blue doesn't seem to blend with the finish.

This is not a bad idea ... maybe we will do it for next batch if EVOLV will help.

Thank you for the reply. For me personally, the improved ergonomics of having the fire button at the top would out weigh the possibility of inadvertently adjusting the + or - buttons (assuming that you are using the standard tact switches and not replacing them with touch sensors)... That said, you aren't designing it for me personally and I have every intention of making the purchase either way.

Beautiful device BTW!
