I've used the Wizard labs contact form twice now on their website, haven't had a response. Been about 5+ days now. I should have heard something by now right?

Anyone else having problems with them also?

My question is simple, if anyone knows: do they ship to APO? It isn't an available option on their shipping estimator.

If they don't, guess I'll have to order from myfreedomsmokes... If they ship to APO, that is.

I've had good luck with WL, both by email and by just calling them. This is what I see under their shipping tab. Not sure if an APO is considered a US address though.

Shipping Information

At this time, Wizard Labs only accepts orders and ships to US addresses using the United States Postal Service.
Orders usually take 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) to be fulfilled before shipping according to available stock and custom blending of chemical solutions.
During periods of high demand, orders containing nicotine solutions which are prepared fresh on a per order basis, may take up to 5-6 business days to fully process through our lab before shipping.

Orders under 13 ounces are shipped via USPS First Class mail and should arrive within 3-5 business days after the order is fulfilled.
Orders over 13 ounces are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days after the order is fulfilled.
Orders that total $65 or more ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail.

Once an order leaves our facility it is out of our control. We cannot guarantee shipping times due to unforseen circumstances on the shipper's behalf. If an order does not arrive within 7 business days, please contact us so that we may file a claim with the shipper and replace or refund your order.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping, please contact us via the contact form on our website, or call (321) 422-0803 during normal business hours.

Cheers,
Steve

APO is a type of US military USPS adress, for those stationed overseas, so that we may receive US Postal service mail. I just always ask the company if I don't see it.

I'll give them another day, but need to get more nic and flavors, and my good friends bill'smagicvapor and Thunderball highly recommend them.

Edit: I did read their shipping info before I posted, but thank you for double checking.

I can completely understand being busy.

Having said that, they could at lest pick up the phone. Or check their customer contact email system to see if there is anything that needs to be replied to.

Guess I'll be trying MFS or HDV, and recommending those guys to folks I know that are interested in DIY that, like me, aren't stationed in the US right now, if those two companies pan out.

Just tried calling again, still just an answering machine.

So far, 50% of my questions using the web page didn't get a response either.
Just copy your text and paste into 5 messages. Maybe that'll get them to notice it :)

As entertaining as that might be, considering I'm irritated with them about their customer service department, that wouldn't get anything done.

If they are that busy that they can't answer a phone or respond to emails, then they don't need more business?

It's their reputation, IMO, they should hire someone to handle their customer support if they are that busy.

Sorry about all your trouble.

I use WL for most of my DIY needs and really appreciate the quality of product and care in packaging for shipment. Honestly second to none.
Unfortunately none of this matters if you cannot get a simple answer so you can decide on ordering.

I have also used HDV, Capella and VZ - all are acceptable for my needs
Testing out a OneStop order now, but they can be tricky on pricing. Some deals and some wallet busters if your not paying attention.:glare:

Just got a call from the owner and his wife! (Yes, all the way out to the UK!) didn't expect thy at all.

They apologized for it taking so long for them to get a hold of me, and said they'd like to pick up the shipping costs if I placed an order with them. Also, they listens to my concerns about business hours not being listed on the site and to add that they will ship to APO/FPO addresses.

So, feeling much better about it, and will drop an order though them now! I'm glad they got it right.

Borescoped, so glad it worked out well and I hope you are well satisfied with WL products. Just got my order in today and as always, very well packed with a couple of goodies. I have tried several labs through the years, but none match WL for quality, clarity, & odorless.

Thank you for your service that I may enjoy freedom.

I'm happy to see they got back to you. They are a first rate company and as others have said there products and packaging are top notch. As I've told a few other people, they use so much bubble wrap that they could just drop the package from the plane as it flies over my house and I don't think anything would be damaged :D . Thank you for your sevice. :toast:

Steve

You get your kayfun lite clone yet. Got mine yesterday and it vapes as well as the rocket but I think the rocket has a slightly better build believe it or not. I found the threads on the lite a bit ruff and I had a heck of a time getting the top of the stack off (Actually had to use pliers to turn it). So a word of caution don't screw it back together overly tight. It is easier to fill with the dust hole on the bottom. Also had to adjust the battery contact to have it properly connect with my vamo battery which makes the coil block sit some what loose in the stack. It also creates a gap between the battery and RBA and I have to adjust the battery trim ring to close that gap. The rocket fits the battery perfectly. So to say I'm under impressed with the more expensive kayfun clone is an understatement. The good thing about it is it comes with an interchangeable metal and plastic tank. But I don't think this thing is anything to write home about. Glad I ordered extra rockets.

Funny you should ask Danny. I got it a couple of days ago and finally got around to breaking it down and giving it a bath today (though mine wasn't coated with machine oil as some others have reported, I just always clean out new attys). I must have got lucky because my threads and build quality are great. I bought the all stainless one, it feels solid as a tank (almost as heavy as 1 as well :D )and I'm vaping with as I type. I'm actually quite surprised how good it is for the price I paid. I just closed the air control screw completely and filled it from the top. Put the top on and then inverted it and opened up the air control screw (while inverted), no leaking whatsoever. I didn't have to adjust the battery contact screw on mine either to work with the MVP2.

Ahh I see your using it on the itazte. Tried it on kayfun myself. Works great but just can't get used to the feel of it in my hand.

Heh, it's been hijacked! I suppose this thread might as well get locked down, since I think the issue got resolved, and I got an answer (and thankfully, one that works for me!).

And for everyone that said thanks....

Your welcome!
