There is a discussion that just started in the place that starts with an R about the other new Canadian flavorist!
Yeah, I saw that lol.

African Horned Cucumber, I can't wait to see what you do with this one
I got the email from WF too and saw that horny cucumber at the top of the list. I think they're just reaching here, looking for names that differentiate their flavors from other flavor names already on the market.
I mean, really! Who has ever tried an African Horned Cucumber before?
For those among us who are a bit more on the adventurous side me thinks.
For those among us who are a bit more on the adventurous side me thinks.Just mixed a few 10mil testers of the new Wonder Flavors SC's I received. Picked out a few recipes to mix as well, but that will have to wait till tomorrow...
Almond Cookie SC 4%
Black Cherry Jelly Bean SC 4%
Nanaimo Bar SC 3%
Oats and Cream Cookie SC 4%
Peanut Brittle SC 4%
S'Mores Cupcake SC 4%
Shortbread Cookies SC 4%
They all taste spot on with a drop on my finger. Hopefully they will be as good in a mix...I'll post my thoughts in a couple of weeks...

I like the Nanaimo Bar at 4% with 1% INW Custard added. The extra custard gives it that little touch that gets it closer to real Nanaimo Bars.
I'm especially interested in your feedback on the nut flavors: Cashew, Macadamia Nut, Walnut and Almond Cookie

Testing: 10ml single flavor & 15-20ml recipe samples were mixed by weight @ 30/70 PG/VG & 6 mg/ml with RTS nic and aged for 14+ days. Toppers were Serpent SMM RTA's with KGD organic cotton & UD 26ga SS316L wire for 3mm .53 & .54ohm single spaced coils. Samples were tested in Power Mode @ 35 - 40w & in TC @ 40W/400 - 440F. Power was provided by an Aspire Speeder 200W. Each sampling gets a fresh juiced wick & 2ml of liquid. Subsequent tasting was done as I usually do in TC, vape the wick practically dry & add a new flavor.
Keep in mind, these are just my opinions and I'm not particularly good at flavor descriptions. I'm lazy & typically mix simple, straight forward recipes & really like premade blends or single flavors that can stand on their own. I hoped most of the flavors I ordered would be just that. Mix, age & vape. I've pretty much vaped these exclusively for the last week or so & most are all gone. So, here we go...
Almond Cookie SC 4%
Nice sweet, almost crisp cookie but very light on the almond. After vaping half of it, I added 1% Almond (FA), let it sit for a few days & like it better. This one blends well with Sugar Cookie (CAP) to add a crisp edge...
Black Cherry Jelly Bean SC 4%
Finally, a sweet candy cherry that tastes just like it's supposed to. Sweet, juicy & almost chewy. I'm gonna enjoy playing with this one. Can you say Cherry Lifesaver...
Nanaimo Bar SC 3%
Probably my favorite. Good blend of chocolate, custard & a light coconut. Although really good as is, I like @ceeceeisme's version with 1% Custard (INW) even better. I might drop it to .75 the next go round. The better half likes this one @ 4.5% plus a little sweetener in her Cubis with a .5ohm factory coil.
Oats and Cream Cookie SC 4%
Meh... a very mild semi-sweet cookie flavor. I am getting a light touch of something, but can't identify it as oats. Nothing I would vape stand alone, probably better used as an addition to other bakeries.
Peanut Brittle SC 4%
Plenty of nut, almost raw, but very light on the brittle. This one's gonna need a little help, but I think a couple of tweaks & it could be good...
S'Mores Cupcake SC 4%
Very nice, balanced blend of chocolate, graham & marshmallow in a light white cake. I think a small add of more cake would be even better...
Shortbread Cookies SC 4%
Ok I guess, but getting a slightly spicy fried dough undertone that I don't care for. Was expecting a sweet buttery cookie but that's not what I getting. Maybe less would be better...
Honey Roasted Peanuts SC 3%
Sweet roasted peanut flavor with a touch of honey. Very good stand alone...
Walnut SC, Cashew SC, Macadamia Nuts SC 4%
All the nuts were very buttery yet subtle in flavor. Would like a little more from these. I need to play with them some more before deciding. Can see they may be best mixed with lighter/milder flavors...
WF Recipe: Coconut Cream Pie (Wafer Crust)
Probably my favorite. Sweet coconut cream with ample wafer crust. Another favorite of the better half @ somewhat higher flavor %'s in her Cubis...
WF Recipe: Cream Layer Cake
Really nice flavorful recipe especially considering only 3.9% flavoring. Although light, I was surprised at how well the coconut came through @ such a small percentage. I will likely alter the %'s, (+ coconut cream & almond cookie), a bit next go round...
WF Recipe: Oatmeal Nut Cookie
Better than the Oats and Cream Cookie SC alone, but I think this could use a bit more cream, nut & molasses. The oat?? aspect seemed more noticeable in this recipe than in the single flavor...
A modified version of the WF Recipe: Strawberry Wafer (as I don't have the WF Fresh Strawberries) Here's what I mixed...
Crispy Wafer SC (WF) 4%
Sweet Strawberry (CAP) 3%
Vanilla Cream Extra SC (WF) .75%
Very nice, just what you would expect, crisp wafers with sweet strawberry cream. I will likely bunp the cream up a bit on the next mix...
Frosted Donut (sort of a combination of the two WF donut recipes, as I am missing a flavor in each) Here's what I mixed...
Glazed Donut SC (WF) 1.8%
Crepe SC (WF) 1%
Almond Cookie SC (WF) 1%
Buttercream Frosting SC (WF) 1%
Deep Fried Pastry Dough SC (WF) .9%
Angel Cake SC (WF) .5%
Very good, most realistic doughnut I've had to date. Vape as is or add your favorite fruit/flavored cream filling...
Pistachio Ice Cream Cone:
Pistachio Cream SC (WF) 4%
Sugar Cone SC (WF) 2%
Crispy Wafer SC (WF) 1.5%
Vanilla Cream Extra SC (WF) .5%
Koolada (TFA) .5% (Optional)
Turned out ok, but not quite what I was looking for. Will have to play with this one a bit more...
Simple Cookie Recipe to include the nuts (Cashew, Macadamia & Walnut) Here's what I mixed...
Sugar Cookie (CAP) 5%
Almond Cookie SC (WF) 1%
Nuts (Various) 3.5%
Meringue (FA) 1%
Although pretty good, the nuts didn't come through as well as I hoped. The Walnut seemed the most prominent of the three...
Although not perfect, I'm pleased with most of these flavors/recipes. With a couple exceptions, they are pretty much true to their descriptions & I encountered only one off taste, (Shortbread Cookies), maybe I got the wrong thing?? A few are very good standalone, (Nanaimo Bar, Honey Roasted Peanuts & S'Mores Cupcake). As with alot of these flavorings, they have an underlying sweetness that practically eliminates the need for additional sweetener. As always, YRMW. More to come...

You're awesome, thanks for taking the time to test and write this up. I've become so dang lazy, haven't mixed anything for a while. I do have some of their newer flavorings but haven't even tried them yet. I can't believe it but I may be getting tired of flavors altogether.
